All things considered very disappointing,
Pros:

The location was convenient after a very long exhausting trip. Thankfully the mattress was decent. The bathroom was clean. There was a small 1 cup coffee maker in the room, but no bottled water.

Cons:

The room was listed as "breakfast included" when I made my reservation, but the restaurant on the property has clearly been closed for a long time, gutted and the space has a huge "for lease" sign on it. The only bottled water available on the premises was a 3rd party vending machine in the lobby that only accepts card or digital wallet payments ($7 for a bottle of water, higher than at the airport!) I asked the night receptionist and was told there were also cash vending machines on the property, when I finally found one it was not working, and looked like it had not been serviced in a long time. I had to buy the $7 bottle to make a cup of coffee in the morning. The property's "room service" is a 3rd party delivery service, but none of the 4 options listed when I scanned the QR were open when I arrived, or in the morning when I usually have breakfast. The room was cold, there was no extra blanket, and the 1970's tech heater made so much noise I had to turn it off to sleep and just wear my jacket. Luckily I was at least able to use my own account with a delivery service to get breakfast from the nearest Denny's in the morning. The phone in the room and the TV did not work. Had I known it was going to be that bad I would have stayed at the La Quinta closer to the airport where I would have been warm and gotten breakfast.

Fleas, I have dozens of bites on my ankles from being in an infested room for 2 minutes. Wow, this survey won't accept the photos of fleas on .my ankles.... impressive screening software.

House keeper didn't come to clean everyday, I had to flag them down to get toilet paper and towels and coffee cups, sometimes they would say they didn't have towels to give us, for a hotel?

Traffic noise, outdated building, only one elevator working.

Highways surrounding property, noise from Highway. Property outdated. Laundry is credit card only, $4 to wash, and another $4 to dry. Washing machine does not do a good job of washing your clothes, it stops alot while washing clothes. You probably be better going up the street a block over after train track to coastal laundry. Their machine $4 also to wash, need to get a card. The facility clean, 24 hours, better machines.

I did not stay here more than an hour for my own safety from how dirty the room was.
Pros:

The room was somewhat recently remodeled

Cons:

The room had mold, roaches, and the bed sheets were badly stained. I only stayed here for a few hours. The management refused to give me my money back even though I did not stay the night due to how dirty it was. I would cancel my reservation if i were you.
