Cons:

Everything was very clean, but the receptionist with the copper-colored hair was very rude. My daughter was getting some breakfast when we arrived at 10:00, and the receptionist practically snatched the plate away, claiming my daughter was going to waste the food; she was incredibly high-handed and ill-mannered—and I’ve seen other comments about her. She displays very poor manners and racism; she won't even return a "good morning" greeting. I think management should pay closer attention to who they hire, since we are paying for good service, and an employee shouldn't treat a customer as if they were giving us the stay for free.

i didnt stay here this time due to the elevator not working
Cons:

elevator didn't work so i had to cancel my stay but i didn't receive a refund so that just soured the whole experience booking .com count get IN contact with the hotel because the number on file wasn't the same as the new one.

It was okay.
Pros:

Pretty nice rooms , nice lobby and free breakfast.

Cons:

Elevators were broken and front desk workers weren’t the best or the most attentive. Trying to check out , waited almost 10 minutes even after ringing the “bell” multiple times.
