Koreana is a good place to stay.
Pros:

Excellent location. Easy access to 2 metro stations (Exit 3 (City Hall Station, Lines 1 & 2) and Exit 6 (Gwanghwamun Station, Line 5). and Airport bus (No. 6701).
The rooms were spacious and clean.
The staff were so friendly and professional.

Cons:

Frontdesk area and lounge should have been more spacious and fitted with more sofas for guests.

Pros:

Location was good , close to subway station, close to shopping district and convenient store nest door to the hotel

Cons:

If you need extra towels it’s extra fee, rooms are old and carpets are dirty. Housekeeping wasn’t great and staff a little bit rude

友達4人で泊まりました。チェックインの時間より大幅に早く部屋に入れてもらえたので助かりました。
行きたい飲食店を言うと電話で予約してもらえました。
2段ベッドが2つあって快適でした。
コンセントも日本の差し込みがありました。
隣にコンビニがあって便利です。部屋からソウルタワーが見れます。

トイレとお風呂の換気扇が動いてないように思えたので
確認すると全館自動調整とのこと。
下水の臭いが少しきつかった。コンディショナーが切れていた。

Great location, clean rooms, close to all transport including train, bus, hop-on hop-off bus.
Pros:

Rooms are great size and we booked 2 rooms next to each other. Great Location to train station and sites ie. Palace, MyeongDong (all within walking distance), Airport shuttle bus across the road. Convenience store next door is a bonus for food and other surrounding restaurants.

Cons:

Very small front desk check-in area (nothing serious)
