Great location

Cons:

First day our room was not cleaned even though we had the sign up. When we called housekeeping, they didn’t have an explanation. Room was aging with a heavy smell (not particularly unpleasant, just heavy)

A 4 min de la station de metro CityHall et à 15min de Myeongdong à pied. En bas de l’hotel il ya un Convenience store. Chambres propres et efficaces

Cons:

Les chambres un peu vieilles mais correctes méritent modernisation.
J’ai demandé de stocker mes valises pour 2j le temps de voyager a Busan et revenir, aucune solution ne m’a été proposée. Aucun effort n’est fait.

Overpriced great location needs renovation big rooms for families
Pros:

Room view, room size, family friendly, bathroom space and location.

Cons:

Some front desk staff weren’t friendly.
For the price the hotel, it needs to be renovated. The carpet in hallways were dirty and stained. The bathroom was dated. The hair dryer kept on over heating.
