Our room was very clean, our request for adjoining rooms was accommodated, which was great, and the beds were comfortable.
For the price of the room, I expected more attentive service. Parking is expensive and the valet parking was not easy. While not rude, the staff wasn't particularly friendly or engaged. The location didn't feel very safe for walking around, especially at night (I've lived in and travelled to lots of cities, big and small).
Room was well decorated and comfortable . nice atmosphere. unique hotel . will stay again on future visit. have told others about it.
Checkin Staff was not very friendly - maybe having a bad day but not what i would expect for a hotel of this caliber.
I was with a group for a 4 day conference. Breakfast service was super slow at every stage from getting a menu to paying. The staff was surly about it to boot.
There seemed to be no way to speed it up. For instance, the first day I ordered yogurt and granola. 20 minutes! And when it came it was the same package ($7) from the quick take-out at the entrance to the restaurant. Yet when I tried to use my breakfast voucher there, for some reason we were not allowed to.
If you want breakfast, It was definitely faster to head out and go to one of the delicious and faster places within a block or two in any directions. For a delicious sit-down meal, I highly recommend The Light House Bistro.
PS: The hotel otherwise did us proud, with delicious lunches and dinners served in a conference room. All the staff from the private bartender to the various people at the front desk were very friendly and helpful.
From the moment we began working with sales manager Nick Driscoll this was an overwhelmingly positive experience. We had family flying in from all over the country and he and the Graduate Hotel accommodated all of our whims and needs, from coordinating adjoining rooms, adding the King Suite at the last minute so we could get catering for everyone to eat comfortably together, to making sure there was a crib for the toddler. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, the entire hotel is roomy without being huge, and everything was always immaculately clean. Front desk staff was always friendly and eager to assist, and the location has plenty to offer, with bars and restaurants in walking distance. If I had any caveat, it would be that even the suite only had a mini-fridge, which is cumbersome when you're using the room to host all weekend, but certainly not a deal breaker.
Great location
Clean
Nice helpful staff
Rooms were pricey and then had to pay for parking
Very comfortable accommodation, central location for our needs.
Lack of warm breakfast - on premises coffee shop is Ok
Premium location in Annapolis next to the Naval Academy
The hotel is in a perfect Annapolis location. It is a very easy walk to Rams head and local restaurants. The pillows and bed were extremely comfortable. It was quiet at night
Nothing
The hotel was clean, the room was nice, and the staff were incredibly warm, helpful, and professional.
The food options were limited if you didn’t want to eat at the restaurant. The gym really needs work—the one peloton bike (there should be two, at least) had a broken pedal. And the room lacked water.
Decor, beds and pillows, pool table, liked they have cornhole to setup for warmer days.
Little bit of walk to get to restaurants by water- about 10 minutes
Nik and Aiden are extremely great host. Thank you for being great concierge and customer service. They gave us tremendous amount of recommendations around Annapolis.. They also provide us tremendous customer service making sure our room was fully prepared and clean. I will come back here again because of the special treatment and sense of belonging that I felt during Black History Month amongst the graduate Annapolis.
well located for walking, modern, decorative styling was a nice change from the standard corporate bland hotel. check out the ballroom..very cool
we had loud, drunk neighbors one night..not the fault of the hotel but Annapolis is a party town so be aware
The hotel is beautiful the rooms are perfect and the staff is wonderful the valet Alex went far above what his duties are. This place is getting five stars across the entire board
We had a wonderful time during on stay at the Graduate in Annapolis Md. The location is perfect, close to restaurants and entertainment. Our room was so cozy and comfortable, they have the best pillows I have ever used in a hotel. Every employee we had contact with was friendly and helpful. We ate breakfast in the morning and it was delicious. Can't wait to visit again
The room was comfortable clean and staff was great! Alex the valet was wonderful! Highly recommend The Grafuate.
Wonderful stay, clean room, friendly staff - all of it was great. The food in the restaurant as well as the coffee bar was well priced and delicious. And Alex the valet was awesome!
Angelena was GREAT!! She greeted us when we came in, ensured our reservation was correct because we added additional time, and even remembered us throughout our stay by name! Great customer service!
