Staying at the Park Hyatt Sydney was a wonderful experience. The customer service was top knotch. The only negative is the bench seating at the Living Room restaurant was quite low and this area should be renovated. The seats by the floor to ceiling windows was quite good.
This is absolutely the best place to stay in Sydney, bar none. The location is perfect. The views are amazing. The concierge staff is top notch. The rooms are beautiful. The service is outstanding. The food and wine is delicious. It literally could not have been better. I highly recommend staying here.
We had an amazing stay at Park Hyatt Sydney. The property itself is beautiful with spectacular views. The staff goes out of their way to help and make your stay enjoyable. The food at the restaurant was delicious and same menu offered for room service. The pool on the roof is small but cozy offers great area for relaxation. As Globalist we were upgraded to king deluxe room with opera house view which was lovely. When we needed the extra night Janet at the front desk helped us arrange and made sure we could stay in the same room. Thank you Park Hyatt for an amazing service.
The service in this hotel is outstanding and the location is perfect with a beautiful view of the famous Opera house. We will definitely be back. Megan & Klara on reception were amazing and were so helpful when our flight got cancelled at the last minute. They really went out of their way to ensure we were looked after. We will definitely be back.
they didnt commit the check in time, as i booked the airport limousine service with them and it was late for two hours. also I booked the airport limousine service when i leave the hotel and they forced to early check out, the receptionist was very disrespectful and with the terrible attitude.
The hotel only has 3 floors and they allocated my room at first floor and it was super noisy and i got woke up many times by the next door closing the door in the morning. Also it was super noisy when the cruise passed in front of the hotel.
Receptionist was not helpful
