We had an outstanding experience at Park Sydney. The hotel is beautiful, extremely well kept, and located in a prime area that made getting around so easy. Every employee we encountered was genuinely kind and welcoming. A special mention to Olivia at breakfast, she was incredibly sweet and made every morning of our stay even better. We truly felt taken care of and would absolutely stay here again. Don’t listen to any bad review, this is a dreamy hotel.
Location and physical surroundings of this hotel are beautiful and views from rooms are world class. I wish the level of service was the same. Every request prior to my arrival had to be done 2+ times. Emails went unanswered and I had to resort to What’s app to get through to the hotel those were answered. I booked through fine hotels with Amex Platinum and paid a full nights room rate in advance to reserve my reservation 6 months in advance. So there is no excuse why one of my benefits early check in wasn’t available upon my early check in. The room upgrade for some reason is never available after the pandemic however. During our stay after a late night out we requested a bucket of ice for a late night cocktail. It never came it was so long I fell asleep and awoke realizing the ice never came. After calling again the ice came in a timely matter. We asked what happened to the first request.. the attendant said they never got it! I’m glad I didn’t have a medical emergency or needed something to eat. A hotel is service 24/7 this is not an air BnB not acceptable. I am spoiled after a 15 day cruise on Regent cruises were service was world class along with a recent trip to Europe including the Four seasons in Paris and the Royal Champagne in Champagne France where the service is world class. I expected more from the Park Hyatt in Sydney. The Park Hyatt in New Zealand had a better level of service where I also stayed prior to my Sydney trip. It seems like The Park Hyatt Sydney is depending on its location more than its level of service. But like all pretty things beauty fades with time but a high level of service lasts forever. I enjoyed Sydney but at the PHS price point I expected more. A high note however was the concierge service which was excellent my suite stay included a free transfer service to and from the hotel which was at a high level of service and professionalism big shout out to them. This trip includes my visit to all Seven Continents now on to more travels.
Had a wonderful view of the Opera house but we were in a room with a leaking balcony which wasn’t great. Fortunately they did move us on the third night upper level which was better.
We disappointed when we arrived an hour and a half early that there wasn’t a welcome drink just to say pay you here. And then they forgot to call us or supposedly called the wrong number when our room was ready so we didn’t have to check in till all after the check-in time and we were just waiting in the foyer.
Stayed here with my wife for our 1st wedding with the view of the Opera House. So it had Amazing views friendly staff and all the amenities were A1 will definitely stay here again in the future 🙂
We recently spent 3 happy weeks at the Park Hyatt in Sydney, having journeyed from London via Singapore. The location is unbeatable with wonderful views and easy access to the City and Harbour. We were warmly welcomed by GM Samuel and thereafter duty managers Gavin and Rick both went out of their way to helpfully attend to any of our requirements in an extremely professional manner. In fact all the staff in all departments…..restaurants, concierge , housekeeping, front desk and valets….were a credit to Hyatt and a pleasure to interact with.
We have traveled the World over many years and stayed in numerous hotels……and rate Park
Hyatt in Sydney at the very top of the list. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
Mark & Greta.
This has to be the best hotel in Sydney . It is beautifully designed , ideally located with gorgeous views of the Sydney Opera house directly on The Rocks at Circular Quay. The staff is excellent, service is outstanding and it’s beautifully integrated in the environment directly below the Harbor Bridge. It is 4 stories , @ 100ish rooms with a lovely rooftop pool . It is a beautiful property
The location is absolutely stunning with great views! The rooms and suites are fantastic and with beautiful interiors. The customer care/service was excellent. The amenities are also very good with a great sap and roof top pool.
Well maintained luxyry hotel with clean large rooms. Perfect location with lots of restaurants close by. And with the best view in town.
Fantastic view - thank you! Quiet room, as per my request - thank you very much!
Attention to detail of all staff
Courteous, friendly and I felt remembered, i.e. in the Living Room, I had the same table the second night. TBoth nights the meals were perfect. Exactly what I was looking for to enjoy. Simple, clean and fresh!
Breakfast was incredible. The options from the menu were outstanding and delicious.
Location
Nothing.
Le Labo products were very special indeed, they make my favourite perfume (Santal 33).
The space in the room was great and every aspect of the room was spot on,
(cleanliness, modernity and super comfy beds!!
Breakfast was divine, my spanner crab omelette was delicious!
I would have preferred our king size suite a view of the harbour and the opera house rather than circular quay.
Friendly staff, clean room, great breakfast
Beds
The location at The Rocks was superb and the view of the Sydney Opera house was stunning

Sparkling mineral water served in the restaurant smelt so badly as to make in un drinkable.. Still water was fine
