Gaby and Sam saved our trip!
Pros:

We had such a wonderful experience at the Hilton Capitol Hill. After a terrible situation at another hotel, we arrived feeling completely overwhelmed and unsure of what to do. The staff here immediately stepped in and took care of us.

They were able to find us a room for one night, and then went above and beyond by checking cancellations and securing us an additional night so we didn’t have to move again. That level of care and effort meant so much to our family.

Gaby at the front desk was truly amazing. She did everything she could to make sure we felt safe, comfortable, and taken care of during a really stressful time. Her kindness and professionalism stood out in every interaction.

Sam, the bellhop, was an absolute angel. I came in very flustered, and both Gaby and Sam were so calm, patient, and helpful. They made a difficult situation so much easier for us.

The hotel itself is clean, beautiful, and welcoming, but it’s the people who really make it special. We are so grateful for the care we received and would absolutely stay here again.

Nice stay
Pros:

Good hotel near union station, rooms are quiet and spacious, we have our room with breakfast package and we have to wait about 20 minutes then someone takes our order, next day breakfast was buffet and was good.

This is the hotel you'd like to Book!
Pros:

From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me comfortable. Roberto was always there, willing to assist and was true joy. The front desk staff were all amazing at accommodating my friends and I needs. All in all, it was a superb experience. They have officially made me a loyal customer at this particular location. Anytime I'm in DC, this hotel is the place that I will be staying.

Cons:

There wasn't anything I didn't like. I had such a wonderful experience. Everyone deserves a raise

Стандартный отель Хилтон, без сюрпризов. Номер был на высоком этаже. Все понравилось. В номере есть все для приготовления кофе и чая. Отель находится рядом со станцией автобусов и поездов. Очень удобно для перемещения.

Well done, Hilton
Pros:

Very pleasant stay. The room is very comfortable, recently updated and the layout was well designed. For instance, clean towels are a hands reach from the generous shower. The service was friendly and accommodating. Minor problems were promptly resolved. I ate 3 meals in the bar area and was impressed with the food quality AND portions.

Would definitely recommend this place, safe and right near a lot of great attractions. Capitol view was well worth it!
Pros:

Really awesome place to stay, well worth paying the price for a Capitol view room! Really enjoyed this place, the parking was only valet but that’s basically anywhere in a downtown part of a city. It was great to grab an electric Lime scooter and buzz around town right near the hotel.
