Pros:

Все понравилось. Обслуживание, как всегда на высшем уровне. Это очень радует. В этой гостинице останавливаемся уже 4-й раз.

Cons:

Очень высокие кровати. Для человека небольшого роста трудно лечь в постель… И неудобно то, что прикроватные тумбочки очень низкие для этих кроватей. Если вы захотите взять телефон , например ночью посмотреть время, то можете не рассчитать - случайно скатиться с кровати 😊.При этом матрас удобный, подушки хорошие. Белье постельное белоснежное.

Очень хороший отель.комната была огромная,кровать удобная.плюс еще была типа комната,где можно было вещи раскидать.персонал приветливый.рядом с автобусным вокзалом и автобусом до аэропорта

Amazing! Lovely comfy room. Fantastic breakfast. Great location near the bus station amd right next to old town. It was my first visit to Riga. I'll definitely be back. And I'll sure to look.to book this hotel again

Pros:

Recomendo.
Ótima localização, perto da cidade velha, da rodoviaria e do mercado.
Pode-se fazer tudo a pé.
Quarto muito bom, com cama super confortável. Roupas de cama e toalhas excelentes
Banheiro ótimo
Cafe da manha muito bom.

Pros:

Location was good, breakfast was good. Airconditioning worked well.

Cons:

Room wasn't cleaned for three days and even after asking for two days, it took a long time. Had the "please clean room" -tag hanging for many hours daily. Would have appreciated clean coffee cups, more coffee pods, tea bags, a fresh hand towel and toilet paper without having to ask (it's fine to reuse big towels of course).

Stylish place, perfect staff.
Pros:

The hotel is interestingly decorated in a stylish way.
Breakfasts were excellent, rich and the staff were attentive and accommodating.
But I want to highlight the help, willingness and friendliness of the female staff at the reception.
Kindness, interest, willingness, helpfulness, friendliness.
We never felt like we were bothering or asking inappropriate questions.
The girls were professionals

Cons:

One night-receptionist (Russlan) really didn't match the quality of the hotel.
But that didn't spoil the excellent impression :o)

Хороший отель в хорошем месте за не очень большие деньги
Pros:

Очень понравилась ванная комната. Женщины меня поймут: возле раковины больше пространство, где можно без боязни уронить флакон или тюбик уложить несессер ( и не один)! Прекрасное большое зеркало с подсветкой, и еще одно, встроенное в шкаф. Душевая кабина отлично смонтированная, достаточно места/пространства, чтобы не биться локтями о кран или стены, дверь душа хорошо закрывается, ничего не вытекает наружу, отличный напор и температура воды.высота душа регулируется. Достаточно приятные средства для мытья: гель, шампунь, кондиционер ( последними 2-мя не пользовалась).
Классный жесткий матрас, но я люблю такие жесткие. Подушки не очень хорошего качества, видно, что они уже « устали». К одеялу и постельному белью претензий нет.

Достаточный выбор чая и кофе, кофеварка работаем исправно, 2 бутылки питьевой воды вполне удовлетворили потребности в чае и кофе.
Приличный завтрак. Приятное, ненавязчивое обслуживание.

Вообще приятный персонал в отеле.

Да в общем-то ничего такого, что можно было бы отругать

Great spot to explore Riga from.
Pros:

Excellent room. Very nice breakfast (including fresh waffles). Great location for exploring the old town, whilst right on the airport bus route and close to the railway station.

Pros:

ארוחת בוקר הייתה טובה המיקום מצויין.

Cons:

כשהגענו שמנו לב שהמזגן לא עובד בהתחלה הביאו מאוורר ואחר כך החליפו לנו חדר .
למחרת הגענו לחדר הוא לא היה נקי אפילו לא החליפו את המגבות .
היה צריך להגיד להם שצריך לנקות את החדר . לא נתקלתי בדבר כזה באף מקום אחר.
