Buen hotel y buena ubicación en Riga
Pros:

La ubicación del hotel, muy conveniente. El tamaño de la habitación (una suite muy amplia). Cama cómoda. Desayuno muy bien.

Cons:

El baño, muy pequeño, sin apenas espacio para dejar cosas y una pequeña cabina de ducha. No se correspondía en absoluto con el resto de la habitación. El A/A hacía un ruido bastante molesto, un silbido, aunque no hacía calor y pudimos apagarlo. A pesar de ser un cuarto piso, llegaba cierto ruido de la calle. Quizá por eso y por el A/A, dejaban tapones para los oídos en las mesillas.

Zauberhaftes City-Trip-Hotel direkt am HBF
Pros:

Super Lage, sehr sauber, sehr luxuriös eingerichtet. Fußbodenheizung im Bad war das Beste!! Einzigartig. Das Hotelinnere selbst ist eine Schau, Glasmosaikfenster, durchgestylte Lobby etc!

Cons:

Die Rezeption war etwas kühl, sie hörten noch etwas herzlicher sein dürfen.

Pros:

Posizione fantastica, soprattutto se si arriva in Auto perché questa struttura si trova esattamente all'inizio del centro storico, quindi raggiungibile facilmente con la macchina e con parecchi parcheggi nelle vicinanze (cosa non scontata in questo paese).
Camera confortevole, pulita e spaziosa. Letto ottimo, colazione buona e abbondante. Tutto pefetto.

Sehr freundlich und gemütlich, aber Innenhof laut und wenig Vertrauen erweckend
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und engagiert und hat für den Abreisetag bei früher Abreise ein super Lunchpaket organisiert.
Das Zimmer war sehr gemütlich und das Frühstücksbuffet auch gut.

Cons:

Das Fenster ging zu einem ziemlich lauten (u.a. nebenan eine Sport-Squashhalle mit fragwürdiger Geräuschkulisse und auf den Vordächern laute Lüftungsanlagen) und wenig Vertrauen erweckenden Innenhof (Stacheldrahtabsperrungen, gegenüber verwahrloste Leerstände, von denen man hätte bis ans Zimmergenster spazieren können) raus.

Cons:

Have to say for 4 star hotel it was very poor. We booked deluxe double room with a single bed for our child. When we arrived there was 2 single beds and a travel cot. In reception we were basically told that the beds can be pushed together that makes double.As for the single bed that we paid for they said they seen child's age and decided that cot is suitable. After all they put single bed in room and left the cot there to wr had 4 beds for a night. There is no bar so if you wanna get drink have to go out as for 4 start hotel its poor. Only nice person in the hotel was a man at breakfast.
We got no apology or not even complementary breakfast. So be careful what you seen on booking and what you will get. And if you wanna good sleep wouldn't recommend as it is town centre and the noise and troleybus is noise.

Nice place to stay in Riga
Pros:

Front desk guy by name Igo was exceptional, probably the friendliest guy I ever encountered (and we are a seasoned travelers). He gave us several excellent recommendations on restaurants, places to visit, local attractions and even gave me some tips on how to correctly pronounce Latvian words :-).
Central location by the Old town, bus station, Riga Market all in 5 min walking distance, we didn't have to use public transportation at all.
Firm mattress (my preference), clean rooms and bathrooms, good WiFi.
Free morning cookies in the lobby and umbrellas on demand.

Cons:

Old underground street crossings, don't use them, just cross the streets as locals do.

Pros:

El hotel está realmente muy bien ubicado.

Cons:

La habitación es bastante pequeña, al menos la nuestra con una moqueta llena de manchas. La tv no funcionaba. El primer dia la señora de la limpieza entró estando nosotros dentro y nos dio en la mano un rollo de papel higiénico, unas toallas y una botella de agua. El segundo dia a las cuatro no habían limpiado la habitación. No renovaron el te/café ni limpiaron las tazas hasta que no lo dijimos. La limpieza es realmente el punto más flojo. Giulia responsable en ese momento se porto muy bien, oyendo nuestras críticas e intentando solucionarlas dentro de su margen de maniobra. El hotel no es un cuatro estrellas ni de lejos. No tiene servicio de cafeteria mas allá del horario de desayuno.
