The first red flag should have been the bug trap sticky paper behind the fridge that was covered with bugs all the way around the edges, but it only got worse. Dont expect anyone to be at the front desk or friendly when they do show up. I wont go back. I waited for someone for over 30 min because the key cards apparently have to be reset everyday. I had a week long stay and everyday it was about impossible to catch any one in the office so if i went outside i had to leave the door cracked. The rooms are comfortable but I booked a smoking room. When I got there, I was told they didnt have any and that I just needed to smoke outside. That was fine for the first 4 days. I didnt flip butts on the ground, i kept a bottle as an ashtray and changed it every other day. The owner yelled at me on the 4th night of being there because i asked for a washrag. We only had 1 for 2 people. He got mad that i asked for one and told me i needed to start smoking by the dumpster. Everyone else stood outside their doors. And the whole week i never seen anyone smoke by the dumpster and there were no signs anywhere about a smoking section. He told me i couldnt smoke outside my door because he has ashtma. I was stunned by the way i was talked to as a guest because they acted like i was just an inconvenience. They make you not feel welcomed at all. Their ammenties advertised included a laundry room, work out area, and vending machines... none of which they had. And dont expect much more than a banana and piece of toast for breakfast. Im not sure why they charged me twice and put a hold on my card but when i asked the owners wife she told me i had to wait for a manager who seems like he wants you out of his face quickly but also fixed the payment issue but complained about it happening too often so watch your bank account if they take your card at any point. Tried to go relax for a week but after that frustration, maybe i need to stay home to relax.

Toilet was slow to flush. I made the staff aware.

The room had roaches everywhere and the shower handle fell off didn't work plus the water would not get hot. And the day shift worker charged my card several times and then charged me $80 for a pet when it was only supposed to be $40 she did eventually give me back 20 but she kept another 20 which was wrong but the night manager fixed everything for me I really appreciate Matt Taylor

Burnt out light bulbs, TV didn't work, no toiletries, ice machine broken, requested a ground floor room close to office with handicapped parking, I have bad knees and can't walk very far. Was given room 108,with handicapped spot in front of the door which was perfect, the problem was 3 out of 4 nights handicapped space was taken by vehicles without handicapped plates or placards because of proximity to the stairs and I had to park across the lot several doors down from my room. Reported it to manager and was told oh well, what can I do about it 🤔. This was my 3rd stay here and by far the worst

Bit of mildew or mold on the walls, but overall, nothing crazy.

Housekeeping need to come in and clean rooms daily…..empty trash, give clean towels.

Over all hygiene of the hotel rooms were shocking. Black Mold on the ceilings, blood stains on both beddings, when confronted about it the owner lied about her being an owner or manager or even how to speak English and then I ask another employee for a manager and I’m told she is the owner very disappointed in this place and I think it should be investigated and shut down

Roaches in room , no hot water 1 night out of 6 and interstate noise.

Roaches, shower broke. Heated barely. Beds were hard as rock. 1 towel for 2 person room.

Plumbing horrible. Toilets not bolted to the floor and didn't operate properly. Shower went from cold to scalding for no reason. No coffee pot or even an ice bucket in the room. Breakfast was a joke. Juice dispenser out of order and coffee seldom available.
