Pros:

Staff, facilities and location in little Italy. Close to restaurants, bars etc. Don't miss the sat market which on its door step.

Location was great. Staff were friendly.

Cons:

It was very sterile, nothing very warm or inviting. Somewhere businesspeople would stay. Restaurant had very odd menu. No one to help with luggage.

Dirty (bugs in room), noisy, horrible parking garage, squeaky/loose doors.
Pros:

Nothing. The front desk manager was very helpful and kind when it came to listening to our concerns though, kudos to her (I forgot her name).

Cons:

Worst parking garage to ever exist. Extremely difficult to enter and exit.

Very nice quality hotel
Pros:

We were able to check in early on the day we arrived. Which was SO HELPFUL since we didn't have to haul our luggage around. The property is beautiful and well maintained. Easy to get to public transportation. Very fun to be in Little Italy! We also visited Pacific Beach.

Cons:

We wish the breakfast had been include in the room rate that we paid. The pool is very small, and it does not have a spa. The staff is great though!

Schöne Lage, Preis lohnt sich aber nicht.

Sehr tolle Lage in Little Italy.

Cons:

-Sehr lange Wartezeiten beim Check In & Check Out
- Sehr lange Wartezeiten beim Aufzug (teilweise 15 Min).
- Teppichboden sehr fleckig
- Sehr laut. Man hört alles von der Straße draussen
- Klimaanlage geht dauernd von selbst an / aus
