Amazing spot, location is great! Walking distance to little Italy, beautiful view of the bay.

Cons:

It’s a good hotel but pretty generic!

Fair but awful parking.
Pros:

Not a bad hotel and a good location.

Parking a complete nightmare. Drive paths, not ways, but pathways or passages. Easy to leave parts of your car scraped along the way. No wonder there's not valet parking!

Pros:

Location is in really nice area, everything is walkable around. Spacious rooms, amazing gym area, also loved the balconies.

Cons:

Minor thing, but if you are light sleeper get the earplugs, because airplanes and hectic roads can be heard, but nothings serious.

clean hotel great food and exceptional service
Pros:

I felt compelled to write this review specifically to highlight the incredible work of Carlie and Maria at the front desk.

When we arrived, the situation was objectively chaotic: the line was out the door, the lobby was packed, and the phones were ringing off the hook. It was clear they were significantly understaffed for the volume of guests, which usually results in stressed or dismissive service.
However, Carlie and Maria were the complete opposite. Despite the pressure, they:
Stayed incredibly kind and patient with every single guest.
Maintained a welcoming energy that made us feel like valued guests rather than just "another number" in a long line.
Handled the multitasking of phones and check-ins with impressive professionalism and efficiency.
It’s rare to see front-of-house staff keep their composure and warmth during such a high-stress shift. Management is very lucky to have this duo—they turned a potentially frustrating wait into a great first impression of the property.

Wonderful hotel, great location and exceptional customer service
Pros:

I was really impressed by the service during my stay. My husband and I made a short trip to spend Valentines Day away from our little ones. The hotel seemed to be stretched thin on staff, and the lobby was quite hectic, but Maria R and Carlie at the front desk were absolute stars. Even with a line behind us, they took the time with checking us out and ensured all our questions were answered and gave great suggestions on what to go and do for the day once we checked out. It’s rare to see that level of patience and professionalism under pressure!
The hotel is located in a great area, lots of good food and a farmers market was going on Saturday when we arrived. I definitely recommend staying here!
