Nice rooms, easy access, great bar and service overall.

Easy access to the airport and places we needed to go.

Cons:

The self parking exit was very difficult to use, especially at night trying to see and access the precise spot to open the arm with the card.

Not Impressed
Pros:

The room was very comfortable and spacious. The room also appeared clean.

Cons:

Flight came in early, but they wouldn't let us check in until 3pm even though they had plenty of rooms. We decided to go hang out at their pool, which they told us was heated. The Pacific Ocean was warmer than their pool. It felt like somebody had dumped ice in it. It was also filthy. The hallways in the hotel were dirty, with the same garbage on the floor the whole time of our stay. There was no soap in the bathroom except for the shower gel.

Way too much money for this very dirty room.
Pros:

Staff was friendly

Cons:

Hot tub was not working. I reported it but it did not ever work after they said it was fixed.

The bathroom was disguising. The tile in tub was grosss and dirty. The crevices weee dirty.in bathroom and room.

The bed was comfortable.

Cons:

Parking was an extra $40+ and it should be showed in the final total price. I would have picked a different hotel if I would’ve known that.

Loved my stay! Great hotel
Pros:

The staff were very kind and professional. Everything in the room was clean and tidy. Check in and Check out process was quick and smooth. Would recommend and stay here again.

Cons:

Hallways could be brighter they’re dim however it is a nice hotel. Other than the dim hallways everything was nice.

We will not stay at a Hilton anymore for paying for parking
Cons:

Didn’t like that we had to pay 50,00 for parking that is so unfair . We are staying at you’re location we have always stayed at the Hilton and we will not stay there any more , we shouldn’t have to pay for parking
