The staff was very friendly professional. Everyone was courteous rooms were clean and nice. The outdoors was clean and nice everyone working outside asked if I needed any help for anything perfect
Really no place to park my Rent-A-Car for temporary for check in and out so I can leave and return it to the Rental at the airport
Very clean
The place is convenient to the airport but make sure you call for the shuttle or you will be standing there all day. The shampoo and conditioner are awful so.do yourself a favor and bring your own.
Shampoo and conditioner. Also the patio door did not open 4 inches to.allow fresh air in.
Came here with my husband and our 6-month-old baby and honestly, this is one of the most family-friendly hotels in the area!

The staff truly made our stay special.
We visited over Valentine's Day weekend and you could genuinely feel the love and care from everyone working there. Every staff member we interacted with was kind, welcoming, and incredibly helpful.

We had breakfast at the hotel -- I ordered pancakes from the menu while my husband went with the buffet. Both were delicious and a great way to start the day.
Our room was clean, spacious, and thoughtfully set up. I especially appreciated the wireless phone charger. The biggest lifesaver? They provided a crib for our baby when we realized we forgot our pack-and-play. That level of accommodation meant so much and made traveling with an infant much less stressful.
Overall, it was such a comfortable and easy stay for our family. We would absolutely come back!
I had a wonderful two night stay here at the Hilton Irvine! It was clean and the rooms were spacious. The hotel staff was very friendly and always accommodating. They made us feel right at home. The staff at the Bar and Aura restaurant was very kind as well! We had Jerry as our server and he exceeded my expectations. This location is perfect for all activities in OC. It was no more than a 20 min drive to everywhere we wanted to see. Can't wait to go back!

Easy access to the airport and places we needed to go.
The self parking exit was very difficult to use, especially at night trying to see and access the precise spot to open the arm with the card.
The room was very comfortable and spacious. The room also appeared clean.
Flight came in early, but they wouldn't let us check in until 3pm even though they had plenty of rooms. We decided to go hang out at their pool, which they told us was heated. The Pacific Ocean was warmer than their pool. It felt like somebody had dumped ice in it. It was also filthy. The hallways in the hotel were dirty, with the same garbage on the floor the whole time of our stay. There was no soap in the bathroom except for the shower gel.
