Einmal und nie wieder

Das Hotel liegt mitten in der Stadt an der Frauenkirche und hat somit eine sehr gute Lage. Das Wellnesscenter war sehr schön und das Massagepersonal sehr nett.

Cons:

Bei Hilton habe ich etwas anderes erwartet. Wir hatten nur einen Nachtisch neben dem Bett. Es gab nicht einmal eine Flasche Wasser im Zimmer, nur eine Karaffe mit der ich quer über den Gang laufen musste und an einem Wasserspender zapfen konnte. Ebenso gab es keine Hygieneartikel im Zimmer. Für diesen Preis und den Namen hätte ich mehr erwartet.

sehr gutes Hotel mit ein paar zweifelhaften Geschäftspraktiken

Cons:

Reaktion der Personals auf meine Reklamation bezgl. Vor-Autorisierung der Kreditkarte. Bei der Ankunft mussten wir klarerweise unsere Karte vorlegen, aber es wurde keine Vor-Autorisierung vorgenommen, sondern gleich ein Kautionsbetrag abgebucht für Leistungen, die ich gar nicht konsumieren wollte. Beim Checkout wurde ich dann aufgeklärt darüber, dass ich den Betrag in 3-5 Tagen wieder zurückbekomme. Nun: warum wird mir ohne genaue Erklärung Geld von der Karte abgebucht, angeblich als Kaution, ich wollte im Hotel aber nichts Zusätzliches konsumieren? Und warum wird gleich abgebucht, aber erst mehrere Tage später retourniert? Und dann noch: bereits mehrere Stunden VOR der Anreise kommt eine Email, wo direkt um eine positive Bewertung gebettelt wurden und zwar soll man den Aufenthalt mit 10 Punkten bewerten......obwohl ich noch nicht einmal da bin. Das Personal erklärt solche emails mit "Automatismus". es wäre besser, mehr nachzudenken, als solche Bettelmails zu schicken. Passt nicht zu einem Haus, wo sonst eigentlich alles perfekt ist

Für die Lage und dem Preis alles okay 👍🏼
Jedoch für die Größe des Hotels zu wenig Aufzüge. Wenn alle zu Frühstücks Buffet wollen..... schwierig
Und als Raucher muss man erst durch das ganze Hotel zum Ausgang 🫣 da keine anderen Möglichkeiten bestehen
Ansonsten war alles super

We will be back.
Pros:

The location is perfect, right where we wanted to be. Unfortunately we couldn’t use all the facilities as we only stayed for one night. But we’re already planning our next stay so we can try out what the hotel has to offer.
The breakfast was amazing with so much to choose from.

Cons:

My only issue would be the pillows but everyone has different preferences..

Das Frühstück war nicht befriedigt.Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war sehr schlecht. Die Brötchen waren alt,das angebotene Frühstück war nicht gut

Cons:

Die Freundlichkeit des Personals,keine ausreichende Unterstützung, WLAN,keine Auskunft über die Bezahlung des Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage, 28 Euro viel zu teuer, meine Kreditkarte wurde belastet, ohne eine Auskunft wer abgebucht hat.
