Das Zimmer hat extrem unangenehm, chemisch gerochen. Auf dem Teppich lagen noch Krümel von den Vorgängern.

l'hotel è situato nel centro di Dresda, da lì arrivi in tutti i siti da visitare. Struttura molto grande, poche relazioni con il personale, comunque tutto in ordine, stanza e servizi.

Pros:

Die zentrale Lage des Hotels ist top. Wir machen immer mal wieder einen Kurztrip nach Dresden, weil Dresden eine wunderschöne Stadt ist mit vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten und schöner Lage an der Elbe.

Több szempontból nagyon jó, de van amt már cserélni kellene.
Pros:

Tökéletes elhelyezkedés: minden sétatávolságra van.
A személyzet kedves, segítőkész.
A reggeli csodás.

Cons:

A padlószőnyeg. Egy hotelben ez a legnagyobb hiba. Soha nem lehet tiszta. Hiába volt minden más nagyon szépen kitakarítva, az elszineződött padlószőnyeg piszkos érzést ad.

Pros:

Das reichhaltige Frühstücksbufett. Etwas Persönlichkeit hat lediglich ein sehr freundlicher Hotelmitarbeiter im Foyer vermittelt , der den Gästen beim Eintreffen direkt an der Drehtür begrüsst hat und sich anbot , beim Gepäcktransport behilflich zu sein .

Cons:

Der check in erschien uns sehr aufwändig mit dadurch verbundenen langen Wartezeiten und sehr unpersönlich .Das Zimmer roch stark nach Chemikalien .Obwohl wir sehr oft im Hilton Dresden absteigen und sogar dort unseren Hochzeitsurlaub verlebt haben ist von Kundenbindung nichts zu spüren .Schade ist , dass die schöne bestehende Bar in der 1.Etge nach wie vor nicht betrieben wird .
