Auto wurde nicht aufs Zimmer gebucht, obwohl wir alles korrekt am Check Inn ausgefüllt hatten. Wir durften dann unten am Automaten statt 27 Euro 50 Euro bezahlen. Habe nicht damit gerechnet, dass sowohl die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption als auch der telefonische Kontakt, den wir später noch hatten, kein Interesse oder Entgegenkommen zeigten. Große Enttäuschung, es gibt in Dresden wirklich günstigere und bessere Hotels. Mitarbeiterin beim Frühstück war sehr freundlich. Frühstück war auch in Ordnung.

Top Lage und Frühstück, guter Services, schönes Zimmer
Pros:

Die Lage ist optimal für einen Städtetrip, alles fussläufig gut erreichbar, Preis-Leistung absolut ok (im Februar außerhalb der Saison), Reichhaltiges und täglich frisches Frühstücksbuffet.

Service sowohl an der Rezeption als auch beim Zimmer- und Frühstücksservice immer freundlich.

Zu dem Zimmer (bei uns zum Hinterhof gelegen): sehr ruhig, großzügig geschnitten, gute Ausstattung, großes Badezimmer, Wasserkocher/Tee/Kaffee auf Zimmer

Cons:

Eine Kleinigkeit eigentlich nur: Beim Duschen kam es in unserem Zimmer häufig zu einem plötzlichem Wechsel des Kalt- und Heisswassers - das hat etwas genervt, war aber nicht dramatisch.

Entspannter Aufenthalt im Herzen von Dresden
Pros:

Sehr zentral gelegenes Hotel neben der Frauenkirche. Die Zimmer waren sauber und das Personal freundlich. Es gibt eine schöne Hotelbar mit Blick auf den Platz.

Cons:

Der Frühstücksraum war recht groß und wenig gemütlich. Die Poolanlage hätte für Ende Februar etwas mehr beheizt sein können.

Pros:

Auch wenn das Hotel schon in die Jahre gekommen ist, so wurde die hochwertige Ausstattung sehr gut gepflegt über die Jahre. Die Lage ist einfach Top!

Cons:

Ich hoffe das in den kommenden Jahren eine Modernisierung stattfindet, dafür wäre ich auch bereit 25-50% mehr zu zahlen.

Super Aufenthalt
Pros:

Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und lecker. Auf dem Hotelflur sind Wasserspender. Man kann die eigene Wasserfläche beliebig oft nachfüllenit stillem, medium oder spurudeligem Wasser. Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Whirlpool unter freiem Himmel war ein Highlight.
