Die Lage ist optimal für den Besuch der großen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut und gut organisiert. Das Zimmer zu Innenhof liegt ruhig und ist praktisch eingerichtet.

Ich hatte 3 Nächste gebucht, musste das Hotel aber krankheitshalber(Magenverstimmung nächtlicher Durchfall) nach 2 Tagen verlassen und musste doch drei Tage bezahlen. für mich vollkommen unverständlich. Ich hoffe, die dritte Nacht wird meinem Konto überwiesen.

Sehr schönes Hotel in super zentraler Lage

Cons:

Das Frühstückschaos mit Ampel-Regelung. Zu viele Zimmer für zu wenig Plätze. Eine Schlange von wartenden Leuten. Sind gar nicht erst hin und haben woanders schön in Ruhe gefrühstückt. Da will man nicht sitzen mit den wartenden Blicken. Hotelmanagement: Lasst Euch da was einfallen....

Das Hilton Hotel hat mich durch das engagierte und nette Personal absolut beeindruckt
Pros:

-die Lage ist einfach wunderbar,weniger Anstrengung geht kaum:-)
-die Begrüßung am Eingang war überschwenglich,das macht Laune !!!
-kurze "Check In Zeit" obwohl es durchaus Voll war,professionelles Abarbeiten und coole Ruhe beim Gäste Empfangen
-ein wirklich leckeres,ständig nachgelegtes und vor allem frisches Frühstück
-der absolut leise Geräuschpegel in den Zimmern,obwohl es ausgebucht war,sogut wie kein Lärm von der Strasse
-freundliches und schnelles Reinigungspersonal,muß man hervorheben
-ein Unten im Hotel direkt zugängliches Restaurant bzw Snack Gelegenheit mit durchaus guten Dingen,Getränke mit Ausblick auf Passanten,die Frauenkirche...das hat was!!!,Cafe trinken während es Draussen kälter wird...TOP

es gibt natürlich auch Wehmutstropfen,das ist aber logisch....
-der Brunnen im Frühstückssaal ist aus der Zeit gefallen und eine extreme Stolpergefahr,nächste Renovierung ist der fällig
der macht das Führen der Gäste für's Personal schwierig und bildet eine eigentlich nicht duldbare Stolperfalle

-die Batterieaufladestation im Keller hat nach meiner Meinung zu wenig Belüftung,eventuell eine Einbildung
-man sollte auch nicht Bedenkenlos aus der Garage wegfahren,der Platz ist eventuell weg,es war halt ausgebucht
-es wäre unangenehm Abends nach dem Freundes Besuch dort nicht Parken zu können,....das schreit nach Lösungen

der Charme des Hauses hat durchaus was,im Endeffekt wird ganz sicher beim Renovieren nachgelegt

eine Philosophische Frage,was ist sinnvoll Dusche oder Badewanne,eventuell eine Grundsatzfrage für die nächste Modernisierung

Wir waren schon 3 mal im Hilten,
uns gefällt die besondere Lage mitten im Zentrum, man braucht kein Auto.
Das Zimmer war o.k., der Blick aus dem
Fenster zur Frauenkirche war fantastisch.
Das Bistro das zum Hotel gehört gefiel
uns sehr gut, man wird dort sehr freundlich bedient. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Cons:

Nicht so besonders ist die niedrige
Toilette und das Duschen in der
Badewanne ist im Alter auch nicht mehr so
schön. Aber für 3 Tage kann man es
hinnehmen. Mit der Sauberkeit war ich sehr zufrieden.
