Lage 1A

Cons:

In der Nacht um 02:30 Uhr brach der Lattenrost im Bett unter meiner Frau (50 kg). Ich habe das Bett dann soweit als möglich repariert ca. 30 Minuten.
Am Morgen an der Rezeption gemeldet. Die einzige Antwort war wir schicken einen "Techniker" (Warum nicht gleich einen Ingenieur?).
Kein "Sorry" oder das tut und leid.
Das wäre auch besser gegangen.
Zudem lief das Wasser in der Dusche nicht richtig ab. Obwohl wir das ebenfalls gemeldet hatten, blieb das so bis zu unserer Abreise.
Ärgerlich ist auch die Parkgebühr, ich weiß ja nicht wem die Tiefgarage gehört, aber 28,00 € / Tag ist ganz schön happig, vorallem wenn man 10 Tage bleibt. Für 11,50 m² das wären bei 100 m² eine Monatsmiete/kalt von ca. 7.800 €.

Betten waren gut, kurzer Weg zur Stadtmitte

Rewelacyjne miejsce na szybkie zwiedzanie Drezna
Pros:

Lokalizacja hotelu jest genialna, można cieszyć się bliskością pięknych zabytków, restauracji i kawiarni.
Idealna do zwiedzania centrum miasta.

Cons:

Godziny otwarcia basenu - powinien być czyny wcześniej i dłużej lub nawet 24h.
Brak wody w pokoju to też coś co można byłoby poprawić.

Tolle Lage mitten in Dresden
Pros:

Gutes Frühstück
Tolle Lage, wir konnten alles zu Fuß besuchen.
Vor allem die Nähe zur Semperoper war uns wichtig.
Wasser Station am Lift

Kleinigkeiten:
Tür im Bad zu tief, Bodenhandtuch verschiebt sich immer
Kühlschrank zu warm
Handtücher unter dem Waschbecken ungewöhnlich

Insgesamt schon auf Grund der Lage angenehm.
Cons:

es gab keine Porzellan-Teekannen für unseren Frühstückstee , Antwort war "werden gereinigt". Schlechter Service, die Teekannen hätten ja vor Frühstücksbeginn gereinigt werden müssen. So haben wir dreimal laufen müssen um tassenweise unseren Earl Grey zuzubereiten.
Und sehr unangenehm daß die Fenster nur minimal gekippt werden können, man fühlt sich eingesperrt und frische Luft fehlt!

Pros:

Breakfast is very good, all sort of breakfast stuff is available including Asian. Hotel is perfectly located on the corner of Market square and to main attractions like Art Museums, Zwinger Palast, Opera and Dresdener Filharmoniker is no more than 10 min walking distance. Hotel has a reasonable underground parking always available (with overflow area).

Cons:

1. Not possible early check in - I came 1 hour prior the regular time after very long trip (strange in Hilton who normally support persons with disabilities) .
2. It was very difficult to elongate the stay by one day- reported 4 days in advance. Also something which I was surprise with Hilton network. At least fourth person in the row in Reception was kind and smart enough to manage this simple request.
In general all the hotel advantages was screwed up by the the Reception personnel approach - apart of this nice young lady who solved my all issues in 3 minutes with smile and kindness - my highest appreciation for Her- this was Hilton style which I remember from old good times.
