Room service/towel refresh daily, staff was accommodating on several occasions.

Cons:

Arranging transport from main train station to the hotel on arrival - it was difficult to get a taxi. Called the hotel to see if they could arrange a cab for us and they said they could not. However arranging taxi service once we were checked in was never a problem.

Het was oke maar minder dan verwacht.
Pros:

Prachtig hotel direct in de binnenstad, uitstekende parkeer garage onder het hotel.

Cons:

Lekkage in de badkamer kon niet worden verholpen. Hele badkamervloer stond blank waardoor het toilet ook niet te gebruiken was. Een andere maar mindere kamer gekregen en als compensatie twee drankjes in de bistro. Ik vond dit een matige service.

Vores værelse lå ud til ‘Fest-gaden’ og der var høj musik til sent. Vil næste gang bede om et værelse, der ligger væk fra Münzgasse :-)

Die Zentralität ist hervorzuheben, im Frühstücks fühlt man sich tatsächlich ein wenig an einem Bahnhof erinnert
Pros:

Der absolut zentrale. Von hier aus, alles in kürzester Zeit zu erreichen.

Cons:

Es ist tatsächlich schon ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen vom Interieur. Ich denke, dass dieses den Namen Hilton so nicht mehr ganz verdient. Auch das Schwimmbad wie in den Bildern gezeigt, entspricht nicht den Tatsachen, die man erwartet.
