What stay they cut it a day short!!?
Pros:

Everything but the staff they refused to refund my security deposit claiming late checkout due to them cancelling my reservation a day early sand them offering that as some consolation prize.

Pros:

Cons:

The amenities said there was a pool, which was the main thing I looked for, and it wasn't open. There was hair in the shower

Cons:

There was blood on the bathroom floor and hair on the toilet seat wasn’t clean like it should be at all. The pool wasn’t open either and I really wanted to swim, I was very disappointed in both of those aspects everything else was fine.

Wonderful Place to stay 🥰
Pros:

The room was nice, the staff was polite and attentive. The pool was wonderful as well! We had a fantastic stay and will absolutely be staying again next time we visit as we'll be frequenting the area in the future 🥰

My only issue was one the vending machines wasnt working and that they only seemed to accept cards and not cash or change anymore. El

A quiet comfortable stay equipped with a gym, pool, and free breakfast.
Pros:

The staff is friendly and approachable. The front desk always greets with a smile and I really appreciate that. I also like the daily housekeeping. My son enjoyed the breakfast. It’s walkable to dennys and Dunkin.

Cons:

The gym consist of a broken treadmill, a broken but usable elliptical machine and a scary looking weight machine. There is no temperature control in the gym. I still used the gym daily for the elliptical.

Horrible, disappointing, gross. Rude employees. All 3 I had to deal with.

Absolutely nothing.

Cons:

My daughter had a cheer competition, we weren’t checking in until about 8. They tried to charge my card for a no show at 7pm. My daughter got sick in the middle of the night and threw up in her sleep. I asked for a new sheet and blanket. They refused, until I reminded them I paid to be there and my kid still needed to sleep. They argued with me some more. It wasn’t until I cussed them out at 1:30am that I had stuff for my daughter to go back to sleep. We had gone right to he’d so we also didn’t notice how disgusting the room was. The pool was gross my kids were in it maybe 10 minutes and the bathroom was so nasty they wouldn’t even walk into it. Lastly I always strip down the beds, there was PEE stains on both beds. I complained to the desk and they told me it was cleaning solution. They didn’t want to offer any solution to all these problems but tell me to call corporate, then they gave me a business card with their direct phone number. I went back to the desk and asked for cooperated number and told them to stop treating people like they are stupid, the manager said some things to me, I asked for a receipt I wasnt given at check in and the manager wasnt saying nice things to me at that moment, I said some things back. He then grabs the phone and calls the cops on me because i said the “f” word. At that point I had decided it wasn’t worth it because my kids were with me (in the car with their dad) and on my way out, without a copy of my receipt, and without corporate’s number the MANAGER called me an “eeffing beetch”

We enjoyed our stay
Pros:

Every morning, the breakfast area was well attended & clean with fresh basics available; bagels,bread for toasting, a selection of yogurts, dry cereal & 2% Milk, a waffle maker, pre-packaged sausage,egg muffin & Blueberrie muffins. We also enjoyed a fresh apple & peanut butter,coffee & juice every morning! We found the bedding to be comfortable & clean as well as the room! We didn't spend enough time there to use the pool or gym but they also appeared to be well cared for! The rooms had lots of kids for a local tourament, but all was quiet by 10 pm. We appreciated the value of our three night stay and will considered booking here again, so, yes, we recommend you try staying here! All the worker-bees were very nice!

Cons:

Actually, they might consider taking a cleaner to those gold chairs on the second floor!
Please put a sign on the second floor telling you that the ice machine is on the first floor.

We recently stayed at this hotel to celebrate my daughter’s birthday with a sleepover, and overall, it was a memorable experience.

The hotel’s atmosphere felt safe and family-friendly, which was very important to me as a parent. Everything was well-maintained, and we were able to enjoy the night without any major issues.

If I could suggest one improvement, it would be to ensure bathroom door is able to closed.

Overall, I would recommend this hotel for family stays and small celebrations, and my daughter had a wonderful birthday experience—which means everything!
