Wingate by Wyndham Bel Air I-95 Exit 77A - APG Area

Place was disgusting! The only "clean" area was the lobby. Elevator dirty, hallway leading to pool wreaked of mildew smell, pool was cloudy and not maintained, pool area dirty, pool bathroom even dirtier! 1st floor ice machine (only one available) had mold. Trash piled up by vending machine, walls filthy, our room curtain had what appeared to be dry blood on it, lamp in room written on, tabletop ironing board with NO iron, frame above bed cracked and missing pieces of glass, dusty room, fitness room filthy and so dusty, "Hot breakfast" was a waffle maker and microwaveable frozen Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwiches. The people "cleaning" hotel were an elderly couple that i believe are all jusr family that runs hotel. Place was a complete disaster!!! If i could rate it a negative 0 I would've! NEVER AGAIN WOULD WE GO THERE!!!

The place is outdated, the linen was dingy.

Breakfast too light

Very dirty not clean AT ALL. We had to buy sheets at Walmart and buy cleaning supplies to clean bathroom, shower was filthy. Chair was broken. The first room they gave us smelled like cigarettes and it was a nonsmoking room. My baby grandson was in his walker with white socks on and his socks were black ( had to throw them in garbage). At breakfast we saw bugs 😡 would NEVER stay there again. We were all uncomfortable staying there. Sorry but not sorry. Definitely gotta do better

No USB plugs for the charger, had to use a 120v plug for charging.

Everything was excellent

I didn't complain because the staff was so wonderful. Yet, the dryer was old. It made a cranking sound when it was on. The detergent machine was broken.,as well.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but the condition of this hotel warrants a clear and honest account. From the moment we arrived, cleanliness was a serious concern throughout the property. The hallway and elevator floors appeared uncleaned, and a strong odor of marijuana was present in multiple areas of the hotel.

We were shown three different rooms before finding one that was even minimally acceptable. In the rooms we viewed, there were visible stains on the bedsheets and walls, including what appeared to be blood on a mattress cover. We also observed hair on the walls, which is simply unacceptable for any standard of hospitality.

While the gentleman at the front desk was courteous and polite, our concerns about cleanliness were not addressed or acknowledged in a meaningful way. The lack of resolution added to an already disappointing experience.

Additional issues included a visibly dirty ice machine with a layer of grime and a pool that had a noticeable white film on the surface. During our two-night stay, we did not encounter any cleaning staff, which may help explain the overall condition of the property.

Due to the state of cleanliness, we did not feel comfortable utilizing amenities such as breakfast. Unfortunately, this stay did not meet even basic expectations for hygiene and upkeep, and I would strongly encourage management to address these concerns immediately.

The pool , gym and bathroom of my room was super dirty !

Dirty, run down room and entire facility. My toilet didn't flush right, the bathroom was gross and smelled so horrible it made me gag. The room was very out dated and dingy, I think a prison cell would have probably been nicer. Very sketchy area, I did not feel safe at all but I drove 10 hours and I was exhausted. Never again !
