Fine for what it was
Pros:

Location is great, room was a good size.
Staff were friendly and mostly accommodating.

Cons:

The room was tired, and in need of a freshen up. There were bugs in the room, mould, and some of the furniture (TV unit) was actually broken.

Very expensive for what it was, and the policy preventing booking a room for less than two nights on a weekend is stupid.

Pros:

Very central and close to everything.Enjoyed walking to different places easily.

Cons:

Staff a bit grumpy at check in but she was also alone and stressed with so many people checking in at the same time..still no excuse as either you work in customer service or you don't Clients should have to deal with your attitude.

The reception staff were super helpful and made our extended stay in Sydney more enjoyable. Thanks
Pros:

The reception staff could not have been more helpful, they understood our dilemma (flights cancelled due to world events) and accommodated our uncertain time frames.
The room met our needs, the kitchen was well equipped and a great addition. The bed and pillows were very comfortable.
The location was good for us, and an easy walk to most of the ‘must see attractions’
There were local shops where you could pick up bread etc.
The rooftop pool was a big plus.

Cons:

It would have added to our experience if there had been a small juice/coffee bar at the rooftop pool and more seating.

Great bed, pool and location for getting around Sydney
Pros:

Our room with balcony was large - the bed was big King and very very comfortable. Although the room and hotel is tired it was very clean. The swimming pool was magic (as it was very hot). The hotel is in a prime location, and we caught buses and trains all within a few hundred meters

Great location
Pros:

Great location with good access to city transport. Having a kitchen for a longer stay was great. Spacious room. Comfortable beds. Roof top Pool and spa was perfect. Easy check in and check out.

Cons:

Small things missing like towels for the pool. We kept having to ask for extra towels, no extra toiletries like shower cap, toothbrush, toothpaste supplied - surprising in a more up market Hotel. No sharp knife in the kitchen! Frustrating but overall a great stay.
