Excellent location, perfect for a family stay.
Pros:

We enjoyed our stay in a two bedroom family suite. It was perfect for a family with teenagers. The location was perfect for exploring the CBD. It was a half hour walk to the Sydney Opera House and to Darling Harbour. Very easy to get around, and plenty of public transport options nearby. Highly recommend.

Die Lage war für uns perfekt. Oper, Harbourbridge fussläufig erreichbar. Bushaltestelle,Restaurants, Cafes gleich neben dem Hotel.

Perfect location with wonderful staff
Pros:

So close to transport and lovely big room with everything we needed and comfortable beds

Cons:

We only stayed 2 nights and we found it great and the staff very helpful and nice

I have been staying many times in this hotel however the Smell of the hall way was so bad due to one of the rooms on the 9th floor

Pros:

Staff were helpful and location was good. Easy walk from the airport train link at Museum Station.

Pros:

The location was great and only a 1km walk to St Vincent's hospital. There were also plenty options to purchase food or access a supermarket nearby. Hyde Park was beautiful and just a short stroll across the road.

Well located. good wifi.

Cons:

The property is very tired and could do with a good make over. Foyer and general areas, corridors etc carpets are very tatty and walls badly need a spruce up.

Wouldn’t recommend or stay there again unfortunately
Pros:

The pool and gym were good

Cons:

The old room and broken facilities in room
Noise with major traffic and no double glazed glass to block siren etc
Very slow lifts
Huge argument in room next to us and banging and yelling to get in room at 2.30 in the morning and lasted nearly 20 mins or more
