Excellent boutique hotel stay.
Pros:

This place is a bummer not a resort.
Pros:

The room was clean and comfortable. The only good thing about this hotel.

Cons:

Don't use the valet service. They scratched our car and gave us the run around. We were charged a "resort" fee - give me a break - this place is no resort. It is just a place to sleep. No spa, No pool, No bar, No food. The location is terrible. This part of the city is dirty and no one should park on the street- that's why they have valet service - which, again, is terrible.

Pros:

Came to Portland for the hot sauce expo. We rented the Junior suite for 3 people. The beds were nice and the room was comfortable

Pros:

Beware. They tell you that you don't need to pay the daily 'use fee', but then lead you down a path that does charge a daily use fee, and then say 'there is nothing we can do about it'
