Great location in Downtown Portland.
Friendly staff, nice facilities and clean.
Parking available in garage right across the street, as well as street parking just outside the hotel.
Cozy lobby and happy hour daily with a free beer!
Room was a bit “compact”, not a lot of floor space, and the bathroom was also a little small. But OK overall for a few nights.
The staff was super friendly. Very helpful and nice.
Honestly, the place had a slightly sketchy vibe. The neighborhood, particularly the unhoused folks screaming at the top of their lungs late at night, made it feel that way. I didn't feel particularly safe walking my dog in the evening.
Breakfast was not good, skip it. Shower is also not good, barely any hot water and shower heads need to be replaced. Staff were perfectly nice and the gym was nice, but the room was also super small and noisy.
Everyone and everything was great! Asad in particular made my welcoming experience even greater. Thank you Asad.
The hotel staff were very helpful.
The selection of art chosen and the free pin ball games in the basement.
Everything
Nothing
Overall, a clean and excellent downtown accommodation. However, it was difficult to sleep because the soundproofing was poor.
Very convenient train station and downtown access, nice rooms and comfortable bed, good pressure shower and nice smelling soap.
Fantastic option in the heart of Portland. Great value, super clean. Gorgeous building. Valet was wonderful! Would stay here again.
A fantastic hotel in an excellent location. Walking distance to Powells, a vast number of restaurants and shops, and easy access to and from the freeway.
There was no breakfast, not even a small snack at happy hour -
Add a something salty to happy hour (and a glass of wine) , and some fruit at coffee - plus refilling it so there’s enough, and extra training for seemingly overwhelmed staff to learn customer service. Customers deserve a bit of service. Thank you!
We had a great experience at Hotel Lucia. Very interesting area with a lot of food around. Erynn at the front helped us out and gave a great run down of the hotel amenities and good restaurants nearby.
