Lovely one-night stay—they know how to treat guests well! Will definitely book again if we return to Portland.
Pros:

Loved it! Sitting room was beautiful and relaxing. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean with a big bathroom and very comfortable bed. Happy hours beer tasting was fun and enjoyable.

Cons:

Carpet in the room; building on the older side and toilet also

Immaculate vibes
Pros:

Hotel Lucia has a great ambiance throughout the entire space. The hotel is very clean and smells nice. Staff is outstanding, especially Erynn. Everyone has been polite, kind, and helpful.

Great location, good prices
Pros:

Lovely hotel with interesting artwork in close proximity to downtown and the Pearl District. Staffing levels could be improved to provide faster service but the free pinball was a pleasant surprise! Rooms are clean, well appointed, and comfortable.

Excellent & Friendly Service!
Pros:

We had a great experience! Our room was comfortable, clean and had everything we needed. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Erynn stood out as a five star employee helping us navigate/locate a lost package. Highly recommend attending the nightly complimentary happy hour with local Portland brews. We will definitely stay here again next time in PDX.

Pros:

Great location in Downtown Portland.
Friendly staff, nice facilities and clean.

Parking available in garage right across the street, as well as street parking just outside the hotel.

Cozy lobby and happy hour daily with a free beer!

Cons:

Room was a bit “compact”, not a lot of floor space, and the bathroom was also a little small. But OK overall for a few nights.

Good value. Friendly, helpful staff. Clean rooms. Very pet friendly.

The staff was super friendly. Very helpful and nice.

Cons:

Honestly, the place had a slightly sketchy vibe. The neighborhood, particularly the unhoused folks screaming at the top of their lungs late at night, made it feel that way. I didn't feel particularly safe walking my dog in the evening.

Meh, really gone down in quality over the years
Pros:

Breakfast was not good, skip it. Shower is also not good, barely any hot water and shower heads need to be replaced. Staff were perfectly nice and the gym was nice, but the room was also super small and noisy.
