Large bed with two bathrooms. Quiet. Close to bars, restaurants, parking and public transportation.
View from our window was of the inside of the hotel into other rooms and a roof top😕
Nice boutique hotel in the heart of Portland, easily walkable to all kind of spots. Free coffee in the morning and friendly staff. Great collection of photos for decoration. I would stay again.
A little noisy time to time at night.
Staff were superb. I especially enjoyed Satveer, the assistant manager. He was so helpful. When a party disturbed me on my floor, he moved me to another room so I could enjoy my stay I disturbed by the party goer’s.
The bed is a little too soft.
Breakfast wasn’t included so I didn’t eat there the coffee maker in my room didn’t work. But there was coffee in the libby
Coffee maker in room
Friendly, upbeat staff, clean, convenient locatión, great valet parking, convenient public parking. Pop up COOK food offering - great idea.
Valet system was inaccurate, took forever and it seemed like no one knew what was going on. Having one person to check out patrons at check out time on a weekend makes no sense.
Great location, artistic decor, friendly staff, clean and maintained rooms along with common areas. Looks modern. Toiletries and appliances were of good quality, within the rooms.
The bathroom was really tight. Not a lot of platform space and did not have vent or exhausts within the bathrooms.
The beds made a lot of noise with the pillows and sheets
The location was perfect for the downtown area. The hotel was convenient well appointed.
I didn't care for the artwork.
Great location, staff very helpful, clean rooms, stylish decor and loved free arcade/pinball.
Only thing missing is it doesn’t have food service
The hotel had a lovely fragrance and the bed was super comfy!
This is by far my favorite hotel in Portland! The rooms are always clean and comfortable. The staff is always ridiculously kind and goes out of their way to help with whatever you need. It’s quiet and peaceful yet in a very central location of Portland! Overall fantastic hotel.
