Hotel dei Borgognoni

Compared to other rooms in Europe this one was a good size. We had plenty of space and did not feel crowded. Our room was very clean as were all other areas of the hotel. the breakfast was good and had a good selection. They had a well stocked bar and our bartender, Massimo(hopefully spelled correctly) was great. The location was excellent for visiting the major areas as it was within a 10 minute walk to both the Trevi Fountian and Spanish Steps. There were many excellent restaurants nearby which afforded us plenty of choices. Concierge services were very knowledgeable and friendly.

4 of us stayed at the Hotel dei Borgognoni on our first visit to Rome. The hotel is tucked away in a quiet street just 4 mins walk from the Trevi Fountain and 6 minutes walk from the Spanish steps. Great location and plenty of restaurants nearby to choose from.
The hotel is excellent, lovely warm welcome when we arrived from Floriana. The rooms are comfortable, very clean, have UK adapters already fitted which is very convenient, mini bar, safe. everything you need for a trip to Rome.
Breakfast choice was good, cereasl, pastries, hot food, fresh juices. Very helpful staff always on hand to assist where needed.
The staff are excellent and very helpful. Special mention to Floriana, Massimo and Paolo who greeted us every time with a cheery smile and lighthearted chat at the same time making sure we were happy with everything. Thank you all.

We stayed for 4 nights.
The hotel is well situated within walking distance of a lot of places of interest.
The staff are really friendly and helpful, the rooms very comfortable and the breakfasts excellent (great choice and plentiful)

The staff at the front desk was not friendly. I encountered 3 different staff members during my stay and none of them were friendly. However the bartender was wonderful and made our stay enjoyable.

Booked just for one night as a result of having to travel to Rome a day early due to train strikes. The hotel was spot on and close to our hotel that had been booked for the main stay. Reception was exceptionally helpful and friendly. The location perfect. Would have been very happy if this had been our hotel for the remaining nights. Definitely one to come back to.

Hotel in a great location, friendly and helpful staff member, great value for the money, excellent breakfast and I really loved the fresh squeezed orange juice.

We were in Rome with the family to celebrate my wife's 60th birthday. We chose this hotel as we had been previously (in November 2017) and were extremely satisfied then. The location is ideal, the staff are very welcoming and hospitable. We will definitely return to Hotel dei Borgognoni when visiting Rome again.

The service was truly exceptional. The attitude toward me and my children, the warm smiles, and the assistance provided throughout our entire stay were outstanding.
The breakfast staff was excellent, demonstrating professionalism, friendliness, and a strong sense of service.
Although the rooms were somewhat outdated, this did not detract from the overall hospitality experience.
I will definitely return.

We had a thoroughly enjoyable stay at the Borognoni. Floriana gave us some great tips regarding Rome and in particular the Metro. The Hotel was very close to both the Spanish Steps and the Trevi Fountain. We found our Room very comfortable with very good amenities. Highly recommended the Hotel and would definitely stay there again if we visit Rome again.
