Everything about this hotel is perfect - let me start with its location …. 3 mins’ walk from the trevi fountain yet on a quiet side street flanked by delicatessens, very good eating places, hosts of gelataria and shops that would suit all budgets and tastes. Secondly, the decor of the communal areas - Roman artefacts (reproduction I’m guessing) and a lovely atrium in the breakfast room ….. which brings me on to their delicious and plentiful breakfast spread….. I strongly recommend the sausages but if meat’s not your thing, they have a wide range of Italian cheeses which you can couple with their very vast selection of breads. Staff in the breakfast room really looked after us and special shout out to Flavia for her custom-made espresso ☕️. Hotel is clean throughout and rooms have an element of sound-proofing

A fabulous hotel, in the best location - just 3 minute walk to the Trevi fountain. Check in was easy and we were able to go to our rooms before 3pm. On arrival we received a bottle of wine for my 60th birthday.

Breakfast was ordinary but overall, a fantastic stay.

There were a few bars just outside in the road, good for a drink at the end of a long day.

I would recommend this hotel without a shadow of doubt.

This is a lovely hotel in the heart of Rome. A tranquil oasis in the busy city. From arrival the staff were friendly, helpful and professional. Unfortunately I didn’t get all their names but Bruno and Francis welcomed us perfectly.
Our room was spacious, clean and tidy. We found the bed very comfortable. Air conditioning was great (it was 26 degrees everyday we were there) The automated do not disturb sign is such a useful innovation.
Breakfasts were good. Everything was fresh. There was even freshly squeezed orange juice.
The bar was comfortable and well stocked. The staff knowledgeable and friendly.
Nothing was too much trouble for any of the staff, from directions and recommendations to booking taxis.

Very well located near Trevi Fountain, rooms very nice and breakfast buffet had good selection. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Would stay again and highly recommend

Great little hotel in the heart of Rome. Close to everything and all within walking distance. Buffet style breakfast was good. Would definitely stay again

Από την πρώτη στιγμή που φτάσαμε στο ξενοδοχείο όλοι μας υποδέχτηκαν με πολλή ζεστασιά κάνοντάς μας να νοιώσουμε άνετα. Μας εξυπηρέτησαν σε ότι τους ζητήσαμε και μας βοήθησαν πολύ δίνοντάς μας πολύτιμες οδηγίες για να βρούμε ότι θέλαμε στην πόλη. Όλο το προσωπικό ήταν υπέροχο. Έτυχε να συναναστραφούμε περισσότερο με τον Angelo και την Floriana στη reception και φυσικά τον υπεύθυνο του bar τον Alessandro που φτιάχνει τον καλύτερο καφέ που έχουμε πιεί. Παιδιά σας ευχαριστούμε πολύ!!!

A lovely hotel right in the heart of where you need to be! Just the right size hotel to not feel too big or too small. Stayed in the superior double on 4th floor. Bed was really comfortable, lovely walk in shower.... Breakfast was lovely continental and a small selection of hot food. Enjoyed squeezing my own orange every morning for the first time! Staff were all lovely and rooms refreshed every day. Would thoughrougly recommend staying here...can walk to the Trevi fountain, Pantheon and Spanish steps easily....

The hotel is in a great location, and overall we had a pleasant stay. While the room could benefit from a bit more attention to detail in terms of cleanliness—such as some spots on the walls and the air vents—the staff were very professional and courteous throughout our visit. Thank you.

Ligging

An outstanding hotel in the centre of Rome with easy access to all the sights.
Lovely spacious room with one if the best beds. Fabulous crisp linen, pillows and super comfy mattress.
Bathroom was nice surprise having a full bath.
Breakfast great with lots of choice, but without a doubt the best thing about this hotel is the excellent friendly, knowledgeable and kind staff.
Would not hesitate to return to this gem.

Hotel looked nice, main problem was they had overbooked and moved me to their sister hotel which is not as nice and in a very poor location. No manager available to change anything or complain to. Basically said tough and take it or leave it, oh and you might not get a refund if you dont take it. Awful customer service and wouldn't be surprised if they overbook on purpose just to fill the inferior quality sister hotel.

I have posted this review elsewhere with the hotel responding that it is what happened. The facts are the manager wasn't there and when I asked to speak to them was told they wouldn't be there for 3 hours. They repeatedly said they had obeyed the law, I was moved into a worse hotel in a poor location with the original hotel washing there hands of it. I dont see how someone completely unavailable can pass comment on what actually happened. I did say to the receptionist she had been let down by her manager who couldn't even be bothered to show up when I had been told it had happened to quite a few people that day. Just very poor management
