Pros:

Couldn't stay they couldnt give me a room. I have a blind mom

Cons:

I couldnt stay my mom is blind and they couldnt give me a 1st floor.room staff was not knowledgeable was her first day or she was new so they cancel for me because I cant get a blind 85 year old up stairs

It was ok, but I expected more upkeep of the rooms for being an Ascend Collection Hotel.
Pros:

It’s close to Cox Medical Center South.

Cons:

The door lock shown in the pics was broken, but was fixed later in the day. There was a crack in the ceiling. The shower head and toilet paper dispenser were both very loose.

We had a Awesome time and will be back
Pros:

We loved the location, it was so close to the hospitals and other places. Breakfast was ok, apple juice and orange juice was warm. House keeping was very nice and front desk . We loved Melissa, she was our housekeeper this time. We had no issues with our stay. We will be going back.

Pros:

It was a nice room, very spacious.

Cons:

The carpet portion was flooded and the room smelled awful. We notified the front desk and they could only issue a refund or give us 2 rooms for an additional cost which I didn't think was fair because the room being flooded was not our fault so we opted for the refund and stayed somewhere.

Localição próxima a rodovia , estacionamento próximo ao quato e bom custo.
Pros:

Localização e estacionamento próximo ao quarto. O quarto também era muito bom.

Cons:

A vending machine não estava funcionando e na recepção não havia bebidas diet. O café da manhã é bastante limitado, mas o custo para os EUA não é alto.

Pros:

Everything was pretty good except the hard surface floor in my room needed mopped and deep cleaned. My feet were very dirty after walking barefoot on it. I wore shoes always after the first time. Otherwise everything else was fine. To be fair, I have only stayed in hotel rooms without carpet a few times. They were all dirty.

The Badford.
Cons:

The room was not cleaned well. There's no elevator to get belongings to second floor rooms, and rooms on the ground floor were "unavailable," even though empty rooms were observed. The room appeared to be recently but poorly remodeled, with the floor peeling up under one of the beds. Several bars of soap were found on top of the shower from previous guests. Pool area shabby and unkept. My family left after 1 night and stayed elsewhere.

The hotel is across the street from several hospital complexes and would appear to be the affiliate hotel to those facilities. If so, it's a real shame.
