The location.
The elevator wouldn’t go down to the first floor unless you called the front desk.
The staff was wonderful and our suite was very roomy and clean. There was a good variety of breakfast food.
The pool hours. At the other hotels, I have stayed normally the hours of the pool are from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. at this facility they were reversed to not open until 10:00 a.m. and closed at 8:00 p.m.. they stated the reason was because it was a heated pool and required more maintenance. However, when we got in that morning at 10:00 a.m. to swim it was freezing cold. The staff was good to come in and turn the heat up. However, I feel like it should have already been warm before the first people would get in at 10:00. We were there for an hour and the pool never really heated up. Also the paint was chipping in the pool area and kept getting on my kids' legs and when they would get back in the pool, well obviously paint would then end up in the water. Thus making the pool look dirty.

The bed was comfortable and breakfast was good.
The pool and pool room were fairly clean but wish the pool was bigger.
I liked the guy at the front desk.
He was very nice and even held a conversation which was key to my great score.
The hotel was clean overall, enjoyed the indoor pool, and simple breakfast.
The towels in the pool area are very small.
Our room had a clean smell, however the AC unit looked rather dirty and had a smell similar to
Sour air.
