Cheap place to stay in twin falls
My room had a very strong odor. Window to get any fresh air was blocked.

I called to let them know I would be arriving a little after my check in time and they told me they wouldn’t let me stay due to their policy regarding not booking to locals they then told me I would have to get booking.com to contact them so they could get return the refund to you guys and you guys return it to me. I did NOT stay there and would have liked being told about this beforehand a also can’t find a way to contact you guys directly to solve this issue. I need my refund asap
The design of the room, with just the basic stuff needed

The staff is nice and the shower is strong and hot enough
The cleanliness still needs improvement. The windows haven’t been opened at all, but I can already see fliessssssss flying around the room. Even after killing a few, more flies keep appearing from who knows where :( Also, the breakfast is the simplest I’ve ever had at a Inn — just pancakes, a few types of fruit, and drinks. I really don’t understand where the “good breakfast” reviews came from.
Booked the room due to a breakdown in the area. Have stayed at a different hotel in the area before, but due to a busy weekend, locally, most hotels were booked. I booked a room at Sleep Inn through a third party site I have been pleased with. Once I got to the room it had no refrigerator or microwave as listed in the booking. Both essential in my position. To top that off, there was no hot water from the date of check in through the date of checkout, 4 days in total. One day there was no water at all.
The front desk argued with me about the refrigerator and microwave the first day, second day I showed them the booking details, and the attendant apologized but made up nothing to accommodate me except....only positive thing I can say, let me put my medicine in the refrigerator in their office. When I checked out, I brought up all the issues again, to which I had to push to get a partial refund, a small refund.
