Other than the bed it was ok
Pros:

A little difficult at first. I didn’t eat breakfast.

Cons:

The bed was very uncomfortable. It needed to be replaced. It was indented from to many people. It gave me a back ache.

The service at reception was very friendly—the young lady was lovely—and the breakfast was great; everything was very clean.

Cons:

The refrigerator was leaking water when we arrived. The bathroom was very dirty; the glass door was covered in hard water stains, and the shower floor was greasy and filthy. I spoke to the manager at the front desk—I hope they do something about it, because the place is nice, but the cleanliness of the rooms—especially the bathrooms—makes you not even want to shower.

Would choose to stay in this hotel again if I’m in the area! Clean and comfortable.
Pros:

Convenient off the freeway and easy to get to. The rooms were clean and cool and the free breakfast was great.

Cons:

The toilet felt like it needed to be better secured to the floor- it rocked around.

Small rooms. Bed was dipped in the middle. There were chunks of dry dog food on the bathroom floor. Turned the AC on and the vent was filthy. The breakfast lacked, cold coffee and half the toaster was broke.

Pros:

The beds were very comfortable! I didn't want to get up.

Cons:

The shower door and frame had significant hard water build-up. It was rather yuck.

When booking with booking.com I checked the box which stated I would be traveling with a pet. I didn't read anything in the booking process that informed me there would be an extra $17.00 charge. I don't mind paying a little extra for my dog, but it would have been nice to have been informed of the charge at the time of booking, rather than at arrival time after I had a 10 hour drive behind me. I didn't have the energy at that point to contest.
