I would never stay here again.
Pros:

Two of the receptionists were super nice and helpful!

Cons:

I had a horrible stay at Hotel Mademoiselle and have been completely ignored by the hotel and management since reporting what happened. Several of my electrical devices, including chargers and AirPods, were damaged after being plugged into the hotel’s outlets. When I reported this, I was essentially told that because the room was “fine,” the problem was with my appliances.

I was asked to email the reception manager, which I did, but I have received no response whatsoever. At one point, the electricity even went out across the entire block.

Please think twice before plugging in your phones, laptops, chargers or AirPods. I travelled throughout the summer without a single electrical issue until staying here. The hotel needs to take these electrical problems seriously, particularly as they could pose a safety and fire risk.

Very disappointing customer service and, more importantly, a concerning safety issue.

Bel emplacement et bon personnel mais avec problématique d’équipements
Pros:

Bon emplacement et bon rapport qualité prix. Offre d’un petit déjeuner suite au problème de climatisation.

Cons:

Impossible de baisser la Clim donc obligé de l’écouler la nuit et chaleur au réveil … le personnel qui ne prévient pas de la présence d’un spa et de ses horaires.

Héél leuk hotelletje, goede prijs/kwaliteit. Vriendelijk personeel. Locatie soms beetje eng.
Pros:

Heel leuk hotel. Alles heel erg goed verzorgd.
Kleine kamer maar precies wat bij Parijs hoort.
Binnen een idyllisch binnenplaatsje waar je wat kunt drinken en ontbijten.

Hygiëne zijn heel goed. Alles heeft het en alles werkt/is schoon.

Personeel is heel vriendelijk en kunnen goed engels!

Top!

Cons:

De locatie is iets wat in een buurt waar wij zelf niet heel graag doorheen moeten. Dat is het enige minpunt wat we kunnen bedenken.

Pros:

We hebben een prettig verblijf gehad in dit hotel. Het personeel was erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De kamer was klein, maar had alles wat we nodig hadden. Ook het ontbijt was een klein buffet, maar er was voldoende keuze en alles was vers. het hotel ligt naast het treinstation, waardoor je gemakkelijk op pad kunt. Al met al een fijn hotel en zeker een aanrader.
