Expérience très décevante
Pros:

Pas grand chose

Cons:

Petit-déjeuner extrêmement pauvre : peu de choix.

Climatisation impossible à régler, malgré plusieurs tentatives et appel à la réception.

Piscine annoncée mais inaccessible pendant tout le séjour (sans explication préalable à la réservation).

Pour le prix payé, on attendait mieux. Dommage car l'emplacement est correct et le personnel d'accueil fait de son mieux.
Je ne reviendrai pas.

A budget motel pretending to be a 4-star hotel, with poor maintenance and even worse hospitality.

The location was convenient for my trip to Tampa, and the room served its basic purpose for two nights.

Definitely not a 4-star hotel. Poor maintenance and disappointing hospitality.

I stayed at this hotel for two nights during my 40th birthday weekend in Tampa, and I honestly have no idea how this property managed to get a 4-star rating.

The building is visibly deteriorating, and the rooms are nothing more than what you would expect from a typical budget inn in Florida. The air conditioning is loud, there was a terrible sewer smell coming from the bathroom sink, and breakfast was extremely basic with very limited options.

I wasn’t even planning to leave a negative review, despite all these issues.

However, what happened on Monday morning was the final straw.

At around 11 AM, a housekeeping employee was going around knocking on doors. At 11:02, he knocked on mine. I opened the door and told him I would be leaving shortly. Just a few minutes later, he came back and knocked again.

I understand checkout times and respect hotel policies, but seriously? I had already told him I was leaving. There is absolutely no reason to repeatedly disturb a guest within minutes of the official checkout time.

Hospitality is not just about providing a room. It’s also about making guests feel welcome and respected, something this property clearly needs to work on.

Between the poor maintenance, unpleasant bathroom smell, disappointing breakfast, and the unnecessary pressure at checkout, this was nowhere near a 4-star experience.

I certainly wouldn’t stay here again.

I was there for under 10 min before I booked a different hotel.
Pros:

It was close to the fair grounds.so if you’re going to a concert it wouldn’t take you long to get there 15 minutes max. But other hotels are closer that are nicer. Just pay more for peace of mind and a relaxing stay.

Cons:

The rooms and hallways reeked of cigarette smoke. Although it’s a non smoking room/facility . In all honesty the entire place needs a little boost, with more trained and nicer staff to work front desk. I hate to say this but I wouldn’t recommend this place at its current state.
