Splendid!
Pros:

Superb! Great and comfortable room, amazing bath with a view, and Mt Fuji in the distance, as we woke up! Room decorated with charm, excellent selection of teas in room, and pleasant seating area.

Cons:

There could have been a plate of fruits or some Japanese sweets to welcome us as we came into the room (as is traditional in Japanese ryokans). I would have loved a selection of nama wagashi to be available for tea with room service.

O melhor hotel em que nos hospedamos até hoje. (Somos viajantes muito experientes.)
Pros:

Já na entrada depara-se com um dos lobbies de hotel mais elegantes que já vi: o estilo japonês contemporâneo é usado com maestria, criando espaços harmônicos, confortáveis e elegantes, onde todos os sentidos são tratados com respeito quase carinhoso.
O serviço de recepção e check-in é simpaticíssimo, eficiente e de uma polidez (quase) desconcertante.
Quanto à acomodação: provavelmente a melhor que já tivemos! Tudo impecável, bonito e confortável. Ficamos em um andar alto (36) uma suíte de canto com vistas de Tóquio maravilhosas durante o dia e deslumbrantes à noite.
Uma coisa interessante: há um generoso armário/closet onde acomodar as malas que não precisam ser abertas no chão (ou naqueles cavaletinhos) no meio do quarto. Elas ficam a uma altura confortável e, importante!, fora da vista.
O café-da-manhã é servido no elegante restaurante do térreo (Orchid?) com opções infinitas.

Numa manhã afobada esqueci minha moxila no táxi. Por não termos o nome da companhia (tudo em japonês, logicamente), ligamos para o hotel para solicitar assistência. Eles nos asseguraram que tudo seria resolvido... e foi. Quando cheguei de volta ao hotel, minha moxila esperava por mim na recepção!
