Cons:

Pillows are like rocks, breakfast is terrible & for the price the rooms are standard.

A Truly Relaxing Retreat
Pros:

Our son and daughter in law had told us we had to stay at the Okura while visiting Tokyo - their favorite hotel in the world. We chose The Heritage Tower. It was probably the most comfortable and luxurious hotel we have ever stayed at. We had a corner room with an amazing view of Tokyo. The hotel and room were relaxing and restful after the busy day of hustle in the city. The amenties were wonderful - top notch. We had breakfast at Nouvelle Epoque. It was absolutely wonderful! The service was exceptional. I had the Truffle Eggs Benedict, and my husband enjoyed the Okura's Traditional French Toast. Both were outstanding. We are so thankful we included The Okura on our trip to Tokyo!

Magnificent
