Dieses Hotel im Herzen von Siem Reap ist einfach fantastisch! Es ist ruhig gelegen und die Zimmer sind wunderschön. Das Personal ist unglaublich motiviert und freundlich, was den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer macht. Und der Pool ist einfach traumhaft schön!

Not all we were hoping for
Pros:

Very close to the historic sites and landmine museum. Food was good. WiFi fast when working.

Cons:

Extended WiFi outage, cracks in pool, very hot restaurant and normal levels of noise leaking through from nearby rooms kept us awake due to lack of soundproofing and furniture in rooms scraping across floors.

The hotel is quite spacious and in a great spot. The reception team were incredibly friendly and helpful. The pool was nice and big. The breakfast was excellent. Overall, it was a good deal for the price.

Not an ideal location if you want to be close to restaurants and nightlife.

The staff were polite and helpful.

Cons:

The room was clean, the furniture and the net curtains hanging at the patio windows (especially as this was the way in and out of the room) could do with a wash, very stained.
The tiles in the pool need to be replaced as many were missing.
