A perfect boutique hotel with exceptional service
Pros:

Everything was beautiful — spacious and spotless room with a lovely pool view, amazing breakfast by the pool (both buffet and à la carte, all delicious), and outstanding service. The staff were always smiling, attentive, and genuinely caring. Perfect central location, yet very quiet and relaxing.

Need more cleanliness.
Bad smell in the toilet due to non functional exhaust fan.
Need a mirror in the room.
Need a water tap (only shower was there) in the shower area.

Not the best experience
Pros:

Meals were decent. It was close to Angkor Wat. Staff were friendly.

Cons:

No hot water to shower for 3 days. The telephone did not work to contact reception, reported it and they only came to check it on the day we were checking out. Mosque in close proximity, I understand and respect the purpose of the Azhan but it went on for an hour, five times a day. When you finally fell off to sleep, the lizards would start making noise and run across the walls and beds. It is not safe to walk around at night.
