The hotel was full of drug users and prostitutes. There were 2 people being arrested in the parking lot when we arrived and a guy behind the bush using drugs right by the door. the hallway and room carpets were very dirty and the hotel smelled terrible. The bathroom was full of mold and smelled of urine. We both felt very unsafe at the property and when got in a cab to leave the cap driver told us it is a very bad area and hotel, then drove us the hotel interurban where we had a great stay.
I it was on
Very cold and dirty. Questionable clientele. No amenities as advertised. Very rundown place. Never again.
Parking lot was unsafe. Drug deals and prostitution in plain sight. Do NOT stay here.
The room was covered in mold and holes in the walls. Broke. Toilet seat. Cigarette burns all over. Drug deals going on inside the hotel as well as in the parking lot. Prostitution happening all night. I slept 2 hours due to the noise and paranoia for my safety. The bathroom wreaked of urine. The carpet had a tacky feeling. No elevator. Overall, this hotel was not as described or pictured in the Expedia photos.
The floors weren’t vacuum, mirrors were not clean, tore up furniture in the bedroom
In night time I got two times my door knocked by strangers and asking for money. Seriously……
I don’t recommend this place
No joke, I asked the night clerk if he knew this hotel is a traphouse and he said yes.
Drug deals going on everywhere in plain sight - parking lot and inside the hotel. People wandering the halls at all hours of the day and night. Homeless people sleeping outside. I saw a crushed needle and also dog poop in the hallway. The main hallway is filthy.
Room: The phones don't work at all. Hot water comes and goes when you shower. The carpet in my room was STICKY. Bed was squeaky, sunken on one side, and hard as a rock. I moved the mini fridge a few inches and there was a pill under it. The microwave had no plate to sit on the turning wheel. The curtains were horrendous - splattered and stained with god knows what. On the plus side, the linens were clean. Nobody bothered me, thankfully. Internet was spotty in my room.
The people there mostly kept to themselves. Seemed like they were there to buy drugs or to get high and crash. A few people who I overheard said they lived there.
I did see two police cars in the parking lot at one point questioning a 30-ish guy on a dirt bike (drug dealer).
It was the only room I could find after my area was hit with a really bad cyclone and power was out for a few days in my home. It sufficed for the purpose of having somewhere warm to sleep. I would not stay there again, though.
Worst experience ever. Drug addicts everywhere, hotel is filthy, back door broken and even filthier than the lobby. This type of peppery should not be in hotels.com. This experience has me reconsidering using this site for future visits.
The room looked nothing like the pictures. It looks run down…. There’s homeless people and drug addicts walking around I wouldn’t recommend staying here.
IT WAS A FLOP HOUSE FOR THE HOMELESS.THERE WERE ABOUT 20 PEOPLE LIVING IN CARS IN THE PARKING LOT ,LOUD MUSIC BLARED ALL NIGHT!
PEOPLE WERE YELLING ALL NIGHT
Super dirty, unsafe, uncomfortable
Very filled property - should be closed
I didn’t even sleep there
Could not stay, bed bugs
The front desk ppl was very nice upon checkin and checkout as well. When the man at checkin saw I walk with a cane he immediately changed my 2nd floor room to a 1st floor one which was awesome!!! The room was very clean and fresh but the outside not so much. It was very dirty and cluttered with lots of trash and debree. Outside upon arrival their were many what looked like homeless ppl lurking around in the parking lot and 3 different individuals came up to our car before we ever got out asking for money, cigarettes, and drugs in which I have to admit I really didn't like that at all either!!! I mentioned it to the desk clerk but he said nothing tho. On leaving the next day we were again approached by 2 other different ppl asking the same thing but not as many were still there the next morning when we were leaving. But all in all it was a comfortable stay. But had I known about all the homeless ppl and the drugies that surrounded the building ahead of time then I have to be honest I probably would not of stayed there but unfortunately I paid online so I had no idea what was in store or what it looked like until I got there. But no other issues did I have tho. But in my opinion they do need to crack down and get rid of all the bad stuff that's happening right up under managements nose. They probably would then get more business I know I would definitely return again if they did but not quiet sure if I ever will again tho if they don't get it cleaned up some.
People were smoking cack on the door along with staff smoking cigarettes. Carpet was filthy didn’t want to step on it. Rooms had dirt all over the flat surfaces, looked like curtains were never washed.
Front desk person was rude, looked like he didn’t want to be there, and didn’t want to speak.
Parking was chaotic, longterm tenants were smoking on the property, no respect to some families trying to get in with kids.
Felt very unsafe and sketchy property.
The property is really bad. Anytime Indian operators own the hotel. They don't fix or clean the property at all. This is becoming very sad and crazy. Outside of our room I see the staircase filled with trash.
drug addicts all in the hallway and all in the parking lot. Also my room look like some bad stuff happen there. Do not bring your children here.
Nothing good but just terrible
We pulled into the hotel at night to find 20-30 people just wandering around the parking lot. The hotel is definitely used by drug dealers and the homeless. Disgusting unsafe property that should be condemned! Co-worker’s first room didn’t have hot water. My bathroom door was broken. Entire building smelled of cigarettes and weed. Shady alley behind it I could see from my window. Tweekers walking around everywhere!
