At check-in the man charged me an extra 3 or 3.5% credit card fee.
Booking.com says I should not have to pay any more than what I had already paid while booking the room on Booking.com. The hotel themselves did not have to pay any cc fees because I pre paid while on Booking.com!!
Jetted tub
The outlet in the bathroom doesn’t work, the phone cord is broken, the remote control back is not staying on
Awful management and staff. First they give us a room where they were already luggage and someone sleeping there. Then there was roaches in our room. Small ones but several, we had to leave by midnight to another location to sleep well. Unacceptable !!!
It wasn’t cleaned at all with small roaches next to the nightstand. Customer service was awful
Arrived to a clean, pleasant hotel. Did not use any of the services or breakfast. It was quiet and peaceful. That was all I required.
Room could use a bit of updating, but then for the discount price I was very pleased.
The pool

The staff was kind.
The room was not clean. The biggest issue was that my nephew got in the bathtub, and a huge hairball floated up out of the drain. It was disgusting. The ice bucket was filthy and leaked. There was a line of dirt all the way around the room. The entire downstairs and our room smelled of mold. The pool was disgustingly filthy and also smelled over like mold. Not only was the breakfast disgusting, but we had to wait for food to be brought out.
They had bedbugs

Everything else. This hotel use to be nice and clean. This time it wasnt it smelled. There was pee on the floor in the hallway. And this was the 4th time we have stayed there and this time we found roaches in our room. I said something to the lady at the front desk that was there this morning haven't heard from them at on about it. I asked for half of what I paid back to make it even. It's a shame because this was one of our favorite hotels.
