The Frederick Hotel

From the moment we arrived, it was clear that we had found a hotel we would happily return to many times. The attention to detail truly sets this property apart from many other high-end hotels in New York City where we have stayed in the past.

The junior suite we stayed in was exceptional, featuring beautiful windows and an extremely comfortable bed. It was evident throughout our stay that the management team is deeply invested in the hotel and committed to ensuring its success and the comfort of its guests.

Another highlight was the convenience of the location. The subway station is directly outside the hotel, making transportation around the city incredibly easy.

Thank you again to the entire team for hosting our family. We are already looking forward to returning in May!

If you need to be in Tribeca, or near WTC or FiDi, then The Frederick Hotel is the place to stay. A quiet, clean, and restful stay is what you can always expect at The Frederick. Throw in a lovely breakfast at Serafina next door (or a quick visit at Starbucks, also next door) and you've got a great combination. This is my go-to place when I'm downtown!

A beautiful historic, cosy and boujee hotel, perfectly located for exploring NYC. The room was fabulous and the street view stunning. The staff were top notch and breakfast was brilliant.

This was our third stay at The Frederick and our most enjoyable. Although our stays are very short since we are providing child care for our grandchildren while their parents are traveling. The location is perfect, the staff are always very welcoming and accommodating and on this visit it included a wonderful buffet breakfast at Serafina. Due to the forecasted weather we brought more clothing and presents for the children. We were embarrassed that we didn't have any money to tip Anthony who carried all of our luggage to our room. We had dinner at Serafina and obtained cash for a tip but Anthony had already left for the evening. We were so impressed with his help and with the individual from maintenance who helped with setting the thermostat in our room from cooling to heating. Great customer service we look forward to our visit in August for the US Open.

The hotel was very nice, and the room was very clean. The staff was very friendly and made our stay very pleasant at the hotel, the location of the hotel is excellent, there is a train station in front door, which is very, very convenient to move around the city and also there’s gonna be stores nearby the hotel I want to mention Joanna and Amber who were beyond nice to us, and he gave us a surprise to my now fiancée and Me, they decorated the room, very beautiful and gifted us a champagne bottle to celebrate our engagement. I would recommend anyone to stay at the Frederick Hotel and know that they will have the same pleasant experience that we had.

We had an amazing time at the Frederick hotel! As soon as I walked in to check in, the staff was very attentive. They even had a valentines day backdrop in the lobby and took polaroid photos of us to keep! I got to the room and it was very clean! The room has a mini fridge, but no microwave so if you are bringing home leftovers from dinner just keep that in mind. Our room was on the fourth floor, I thought we were going to be too close to the street at first, but we did not really hear any outside noise. Later on Friday night we went to Primo, the hotel bar. The atmosphere was awesome! The music the bar was playing was great, the bar tenders were super nice, and the other customers at the bar were all our age (20s-30s). The location of the hotel is also great! It is right next to the subway 2 line which I took to get here. We got to see the jenga tower and ghost busters head quarters which is right by the hotel. Also has a great view of the world trade center from our window. So far this has been my favorite hotel I have stayed at in the city!

It was my first time staying at the Frederick Hotel. My fiancé chose it for our special engagement date, and I absolutely loved it—starting with the location. Angelli, the front desk manager, was incredibly kind and made our stay truly special. Anthony, the bellman, was also very attentive at all times and took great care of everything.

I would definitely come back. This is a hotel that welcomed us warmly on such a meaningful occasion and made us feel special by taking care of every detail—from our overall stay to the cleanliness of our room. We were delighted!

Victor, Anthony, Joanna, Amber, and T were remarkable hosts. It felt amazing to be staying in foreign city and made to feel at home. Their hospitality will have me singing praise for the Frederick for years to come.

I had a wonderful stay at the The Frederick Hotel! The staff was really nice and welcoming. Mery was especially so sweet when I checked in and made everything super easy. Loved the location since there were so many things nearby and it was super easy to get around. Highly recommend staying here!!!

Honestly, not sure how this place is not maxed out on stars. Such a pleasant experience with great staff, all you need rooms and onsite food/beverage.
Perfect for a quick weekend getaway with a great location, I recommend this for anyone who is traveling to Manhattan.

This was our first visit to New York, after a long journey met by unfriendly desk staff shown to a TINY box room no where even to put our cases let alone our clothes !!!
We asked to be moved where we were told we had to pay an upgrade to move !
No way would I have stayed 5 nights in a cramped room so we reluctantly paid the upgrade…
At breakfast you were lucky to get a good morning out of the staff. Location was good and breakfast okay just got a touch boring after a few days. Make sure you check when booking what room you are getting!

A really great little hotel perfectly situated in Tribeca. I came over a three day period for a work event during very cold weather, and was easily able to keep myself fed and warm during off hours at Serafina, Sweetgreen and the nearby Whole Foods without having to brave the elements too much.

I had a cute junior suite with plenty of space and an ideal set up for one person. The shower in particular was wonderful, and there’s filtered water and cliff bars in the gym.

The front desk team and cute guys at the door were also super cool.

My only note is that they should consider working with a different partner that supplies their towels and sheets. Both were a bit hard and scratchy, which didn’t seem to fit the level of the room or hotel.

I usually stay with friends in Manhattan, but we got a really great deal on the room - January travel perk! Very conveniently located and genuinely could not be closer to the subway. It's a historic hotel in Manhattan, so the rooms are of course small, but they're efficient with the space, well designed, and give a little luxury experience in a small amount of square footage. Staff was all friendly and helpful as well. I'd definitely recommend and will honestly likely stay here again if/when I ever need a hotel in NYC again!
