It was ok.

The negatives are significant. First, the room uses wooden blinds and there are no curtains, so it is never dark for sleeping. Not only outside light gets in but also our room a window above the door to the hallway whose light is on all night. Next, the walls are thin and you can hear noise from the street and other guests. Lastly, be aware that the rooms are basic with no refrigerators.

Bathroom is too narrow

Pulizia insufficiente. Stanza deluxe pessima: non c'era spazio per muoversi in 2 e affacciava su tubazioni. Non hanno provveduto alla pulizia giornaliera nonostante ne avessimo fatto richiesta

The room had a slight odor, like humidity odor. It quickly went unnoticed once you are in the room. I also did not know how to turn on the fan, but it was fine since I didn’t need it but I would’ve have liked to turn it on.

Poca insonorizzazione della camera, sia con le altre camere che con l esterno dell edificio. Abbiamo sostato due notti ma non sono passati a rassettare la camera. Non sono previste tende ma solo delle veneziane che lasciano entrare la luce

Honest Review

I strongly recommend staying somewhere else. This was easily one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had.

The biggest problem was the condition and smell of the rooms. The rooms were extremely small, poorly maintained, and had a strong, unpleasant odor. The sheets had visible stains, and the entire room smelled dirty and musty. I honestly couldn’t believe a place in this condition is still operating.

We had two different rooms, and both were disappointing. One had two beds practically side by side, with barely any space between them. The second room had only one bed pushed against the wall, with a sink squeezed into the corner right next to the bed. Even worse, there was no private bathroom or shower in the room—the shower and toilet were located out in the hallway. That was completely unacceptable.

The front desk experience wasn’t much better. Most of the staff I dealt with were rude, arrogant, and not interested in helping. One younger employee was polite and helpful, but unfortunately the other two were the complete opposite.

Overall, I would not recommend this place to anyone. Between the horrible smell, dirty conditions, tiny rooms, shared hallway bathroom, and poor customer service, this was an experience I definitely don’t want to repeat.
