I would not recommend this hotel due to lack of transparency.

I booked the stay through Booking.com, and there was no information about an early check-in fee or its amount in the listing.

Upon arrival, the guest (who does not speak English fluently) asked if early check-in was possible, but was not clearly informed about the cost. Later, a fee of $29.38 was charged.

This charge was not clearly disclosed in advance, and communication at check-in was not sufficient to ensure proper understanding.

I attempted to resolve this issue with both the hotel and Booking.com, but no refund was provided.

Overall, this experience felt misleading due to hidden or unclear fees.
