Booked 2 rooms and they were not together The toilet wasn’t working in one of the rooms and they offered a plunger but wouldn’t bring it to the room. The person that works the breakfast area is constantly in the way.

Don't book for the amenities until you confirm they are functional.

We have stayed here several times and were comfortable and happy with the service. Unfortunately not this time. One of the main reasons I booked here again was for the pool. It was over 100 in Camden at that time, so I was very much anticipating a nice cool swim. Not this time! The pool was closed, they said "the city" shut it down. It was a holiday weekend, so there was not a many options to go to. Threw the windows, I took pictures, the pool was sparkling clean & running. You could clearly smell the chlorine, but not open. When you book a hotel based on the amenities and pics on the website, basing the value you the amenities, it was very disappointing! The ice machine we were to use was closed/broken also with a hand drawn sign stating so.

The staff & breakfast were awesome

Cons:

The pool is closed & that was the only reason I chose this hotel for my kids. Needless to say they weren’t very happy. Maybe post it on the website when booking that the pool is closed until further notice.

I was disappointed about my stay. The wrong dates were booked and staff was rude to my husband when addressing it.
