Great Location. Great Braekfast. An easy place to stay in a full on city.
Pros:

The bed was fantastic! very comfortable. The bathroom was small but the shower was great, but not a lot of room on the vanity. The room was clean and well serviced.
The breakfast is AMAZING. YUMMY! don't go anywhere else, just have breaky at the hotel. Service was also top notch!
Location.....don't think you can get a better spot. Central to both Canal Street and all the main areas of town. We would definitely stay here again. It was quiet while being so close to the centre of all town.

Cons:

The room lay out was a little odd. Hard for us to layout our suitcases. Would be great if there was a bench so we could utilise the floor space available for two large suitcases.

Lovely hotel, really nice staff, great rooms, good location
Pros:

Really nice hotel, lovely modern boutique style rooms. Great location, in the heart French quarter but not noisy. All the staff were friendly, helpful and very nice. Would definitely stay again.

Cons:

The pool was slightly smaller than expected.

A gorgeous location tucked away in the heartbeat of the beautiful city.
Pros:

The entryway is absolutely stunning in person! Everything about this place is just gorgeous from the courtyard, the room, the hallways , even the elevator! Also, you know the saying, location, location, location? Well that saying was created for this exact space!

Cons:

They only service the room every 3 days unless you special request.

Pros:

We were so pleased with our stay, such friendly welcoming staff, beautiful modern rooms and really comfortable beds. The city was quite busy because of the football so staying in the French Quarter was perfect. Our room was so big and spacious I really cannot wait to book again

We enjoyed the location, ambience and staff.
Pros:

The location , restaurant and valet service were wonderful. A glass of champagne at check in helped too.

Cons:

We got locked in the pool. Not cool. The bathroom needs an exhaust system, or scrape and paint them every month.

I would definitely stay at this location again.
Pros:

The location was perfect. Close enough to walk where the action is and far enough to get a good night sleep. I stayed on the 2nd floor with direct access to the courtyard which was quaint and quiet. The restaurant food was great. The Beignets were the best. The staff were friendly and helpful. I was there with family for 6 nights, we did not regret a moment of it.

Cons:

The coffee should have stayed out until 12 PM for the late risers. I did not prefer going outdoors to get to my room; however, I made it worthwhile many times by taking the scenic route thru the courtyard.

Great place for a New Orleans experience.
Pros:

Great location in the French Quarter, close to everything . The staff were very friendly, from reception to dining. They could not have been more welcoming.

La posizione e qualche membro dello staff.

Cons:

Ci avevano detto colazione inclusa ma poi scopriamo che non era a buffet e potevo scegliere solo una o due cose. Mi stanno arrivando mail con fatture di cui non si capisce la natura.
