I liked the view

there was a dirty razor from previous patron with hair, still in our shower. The woman at the front desk at the time ( about 3pm 8/12/26) was extremely friendly and accommodating and should be praised. other than that the hotel was ok at best.

Nothing they threw me out because a prior stay they said room smelled kike urine .. we they were shitting the plumbing down every 5 mins and I'm gonna definitely say they were not real plumber, when u walked on to floor they had PVC glue primer and fitting thrown all over place so if it smelled like urine ... I'm gonna say a swear line broke

We stayed at this hotel from Saturday through Monday, occupying a total of 12 rooms, and it was one of the worst experiences we’ve had.

Our scheduled checkout time was 11:00 a.m., but we requested and were granted a late checkout until 2:00 p.m. Unfortunately, that agreement was not respected.

To make matters worse, one of the front desk employees (I don’t remember her name, but she was Peruvian) was extremely rude. When we went to let her know that we were in the process of checking out, she suddenly started yelling at us, saying that we had to leave the rooms immediately and that she herself would go knock on all the doors.

Even after our late checkout had been approved until 2:00 p.m., housekeeping continued knocking aggressively on our doors. When I explained that we had permission to stay until 2:00 p.m., the housekeeper said she was simply following instructions from the front desk. I asked who had given those instructions, and she told me it was the Spanish-speaking employee from Peru.

If you’re traveling with a group, I would not recommend staying at this hotel. The customer service was extremely poor and very disappointing.

Do not stay here!!!! My family and I were in a tough spot at the airport. Booked this place to stay as a plan B until we got our flight figured out. Once we did after an about an hour, I cancelled the reservation. I asked to speak to the manger but manager at this hotel is lazy and won’t pick up the phone for the reimbursement. The front desk said she will only email. Asked to speak to her again and the front desk lady said she wasn’t taking calls today. Seems to me it will take longer to write an email than take a call…. Worst experience! Had an 8 month old and a 4 year during this whole time trying to get home with potentially not a place to stay during the World Cup.

Location

I like to meet new people and learn from all my experience's! And also explore new location's especially Marriott! I was greatfull, for the bartender! Her name was Cristal, she really had a great personality! She always's made conversation and kept me laughing, it was a great time! I was also there for business! But I was glad I had time to relax and talk to someone, who was nice, and also funny! Thank you!

it's a good place to base yourself out-of-town NYC but still well-positioned to get into the city, especially with a bus stop going straight to the Port Authority Terminal. The rooms are good - large and well presented. The staff are great!
