Super établissement en plein centre de Toulouse
Pros:

L'établissement est très bien situé, le personnel, et notamment la jeune femme à l'accueil, est vraiment très sympathique, la chambre était parfaite et très bien équipée.

Présent à Toulouse pour l'un des ponts de mai, j'ai dû repenser mon séjour à la dernière minute mais ce contretemps m'a donné l'occasion de tomber sur ce qu'il convient d'appeler une pépite : situé on ne peut mieux, très confortable, au petit déjeuner copieux et tenu par une équipe très aimable, je n'aurais finalement pas pu mieux trouver !

Quirky hotel in a great location.

Staff were lovely. Room was very clean. Great location.

Cons:

My bedroom needed a spruce up! A bit shabby. I couldn’t hang my dresses up as the small fridge was in the wardrobe. Would have liked to have a shower rather than a half bath with a hand shower. We had three rooms all at the same price. However one was much larger than the other two, less shabby and with a full bath. Website was a bit deceptive.

Falta de chuveiro de parede. Piso acarpetado. No café da manhã (no subsolo) não havia funcionário para atender os clientes e substituir as bandejas vazias.

Great hotel, great staff, great location.
Pros:

The staff and the location of this hotel are brilliant. The hotel itself is undergoing some renovation but we had read this in previous reviews and it didn't detract from our stay at all.
The location, right next to Pont Neuf, is ideal. We explored most of the city on foot and our fantastic receptionist gave us so brilliant information on places to visit. Easy to find food and bars within a few minutes walk, but walk 10 minutes (south) and you'll find better & cheaper.
We would like to give a special mention to the young lady on reception who went above and beyond to help us & made our stay wonderful. Thank you.

Cons:

The bathroom door in the room we had had mesh sections on the top & bottom thirds, so don't expect any "privacy" for anyone else in the room.
It was a sliding door (not a problem) and didn't have a lock (also not a problem) but a solid door would have been nicer.

Nothing to do with the hotel, but the cyclists are everywhere (some of the modified scooters are worse), just because a crossing light is green doesn't mean the cyclists will stop for you.
Look in every direction, all the time.

the welcome was amongst the kindest I have received. I was helped to my room and small questions were never an imposition. The location was increadible.

I see where the hotel can feel dated at times - in the hallways. A small thing overall. I would like to be able to know which room I am able to book when I come back again.

Great location, and very reasonable price for a weekend stay in Toulouse.
Pros:

We had a nice view trees and river beyond. We thought it might be noisy at night, but the windows were well insulated. the location was perfect for walking around town. For the price, it was great.
