Pros:

Personnel aimable et chaleureux.
Localisation et vue.

Cons:

Forte odeur dans la chambre (renfermé). Vraiment pas engageant.
Air conditionné poussif, chaleur infernale dans la chambre. Impossible de dormir.
L'autre option était d'ouvrir les fenêtres, mais beaucoup de bruit dû au trafic. Impossible de dormir aussi.

Great location but not impressed with the lack of privacy with the bathroom.
Pros:

Great location. Friendly staff.

Cons:

There is very little privacy when using the en-suite bathroom. A sliding door with open grid screens and fully mirrored inside. So very open and no soundproofing. Hotel was having some renovations which has to be done of course.

La vétusté de l'hôtel. Il y avait des travaux dans l'entrée. Le sol des paliers des étages était abîmés. Les chambres étaient vieillottes. La décoration défraîchie.

Highly recommend this hotel.
Pros:

Super location overlooking the Garonne. Very well located with plenty of shops and restaurants close by. Very easy to find and staff absolutely lovely.

L’hotel est situé à un carrefour à feux .Très bruyant vendredi et samedi soir. Beaucoup de bruit dans la chambre

Pros:

La ubicación, está todo a 7 minutos, el personal muy profesionales.

Cons:

La habitación un poco pequeña: cambios que haría:
la puerta del baño no hay intimidad.
El aire acondicionado a uno más pequeño, ya que ocupa mucho espacio.
No hay comedor de desayuno, te lo llevan a la habitación, en los alrededores hay muchas cafeterías.
No tienen parking, el más cercano es el Esquirol.

Un hôtel extrêmement bien situé avec un personnel efficace et sympathique qui mérite quelques travaux.
Pros:

La situation idéale et la gentillesse du personnel.

Cons:

Un oreiller totalement défoncé, une climatisation inopérante pendant le coup de chaud de mai, l’ambiance datée de la chambre.

Pros:

Nice boutique hotel in the city center of Toulouse. Great location and friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are not big, but nicely decorated. Breakfast was typical french> limited choices, but tasteful.

Cons:

The airco of the room is blowing just next to the bed. Some renovation was going on in the entrance hall.

Pros:

L'hôtel, parfaitement situé,porte bien son nom. Chaque espace est magnifiquement décoré.
Le personnel est très agréable et professionnel.

Cons:

Que booking ne m"ait pas précisé que la taxe de 7.20 , qui m'a été facturée n'était pas la taxe de séjour et j'ai dû la repayer ainsi que 25 euros pour la présence de notre petite chienne.

Fantastic hotel lots of character, great staff, excellent location
Pros:

Wonderful location in less busy area very quaint and authentic feel of properties and buildings. The receptionist was really good she gave me so much advice about where to go clearly marking a map for me, she was so friendly and welcoming.
