Very well located hotel with a warm staff, and all conveniences nearby!
Pros:

Well-located hotel with a very warm and helpful staff. I enjoyed a suite with a view on La Garonne, very close to the street but there was no noise in the room when windows were locked. I did not try the breakfast. The location is really exceptional: you can enjoy running/walking along La Garonne within 1 min reach, a lot of restaurants/coffee shops nearby and 10 min walk from the city center.

Cons:

They were some buildouts in the hotel during my stay. It was not a big issue since I spent most of the day outside.

Pros:

La posizione è eccellente per muoversi a piedi . Lo staff è stato disponibile. Il bagno è okay, sicuramente migliore della stanza in sé. Comunque una buona scelta per chi vuole muoversi a piedi, non dà molta importanza alla stanza e non vuole spendere troppo.

Cons:

la stanza è un po' vecchia e rumorosa. Il letto un po' sfondato. Ho visto che stanno rinnovano la hall e spero che rinnoveranno quanto prima anche le stanze.

Séjour très agréable à l’hôtel des arts
Pros:

L’emplacement et le côté déco de l’hôtel. Le personnel très sympathique. La vue de notre chambre sur la Garonne

Cons:

Rien . Encore quelques petits travaux en cours mais rien de gênant.

Nice view and very nice staff but I was expected a better room in a 4* hotel to be honest.
Pros:

Personal super nice and friendly and they let us early checked in which was super nice as we catched up an early flight and were tired.
The room view is quite nice and they had free coffee.
The location is really great.

Cons:

The room is very small, the painting has issue, the shower is not good, there is nothing to hang your coat, it was very very warm and we couldn't sleep well. There is nothing to connect the phone on one of the size of the bed.
Except the view, the room is not great and does not give the impression to be clean, it clearly needs to be refreshed and improved. It is not at the level of a 4 stars.

J’ai absolument adoré la vue qu’offre le bâtiment. Aussi, J’ai beaucoup apprécié sa décoration et son caractère authenti
Pros:

L’emplacement de l’établissement est excellent. Le personnel est très accueillant. Je remercie tout particulièrement Madame Vera qui m’a aidé personnellement en raison de mon problème de santé.

Cons:

Le bâtiment est très beau, mais comme il est ancien, l’isolation phonique est malheureusement très faible.
Le sommeil peut donc parfois être difficile. On entend très clairement les conversations des voisins dans les chambres à côté.

Despite the ‘ dog charge ‘ it was a good experience

I did nt like paying 25 euros for one night for my little fog( though he did get a dog bed , bowls and ‘ welcome ‘ biscuits .) I ve rarely been charged for him in numerous hotels /appartments in Toulouse …and, if do, a nominal 2!! euros. I did nt feel that I could ‘argue ‘….but perhaps i should have shared my disappointment. It s a pity because the breakfast was excellent…and the staff charming. Thinking about it , that charge would mean that I would nt use the hotel in the future…and would nt recommend it to someone travelling with a dog .

L'hôtel en lui même est agréable. Le personnel est extra ! Le quartier vraiment dynamique et dans l'air du temps.

Cons:

Une des deux bouteille d'eau mise à dispo avait une drôle d'odeur.
