Abbiamo scelto questa struttura prenotando una suite proprio per i servizi inclusi, tra cui era chiaramente indicata la presenza di aria condizionata. Una volta arrivate in camera, però, ci siamo accorte che non funzionava: provando ad abbassare la temperatura, l’ambiente diventava invece sempre più caldo.

La situazione era ancora più delicata perché viaggiavo con mia sorella incinta, motivo per cui avevamo scelto una sistemazione di livello superiore proprio per garantire comfort adeguato.

Contattata la reception, una prima persona salita in camera ci ha detto di aprire le finestre, che però risultavano bloccate (e non è riuscita ad aprirle nemmeno lei), parlando di un presunto guasto all’aria condizionata. Ci è stato quindi portato un ventilatore, soluzione decisamente inadeguata per una suite.

Successivamente è intervenuto un manutentore, che è riuscito ad aprire solo una finestra, mentre l’altra era completamente bloccata. Abbiamo quindi trascorso il pomeriggio arrangiandoci in queste condizioni.

La sera, rientrate dopo cena, speravamo che almeno con finestra aperta e ventilatore la situazione migliorasse, ma così non è stato. Siamo quindi tornate in reception, dove un altro addetto, molto gentile, ci ha finalmente spiegato la verità: l’aria condizionata non era guasta, ma semplicemente non ancora attivata. Informazione che non ci era mai stata comunicata prima, anzi ci era stato detto tutt’altro. Questo ci ha fatto sentire sinceramente prese in giro.

È stato fatto tornare il manutentore per tentare di aprire l’altra finestra, senza successo, nonostante il problema fosse noto già da ore. Siamo rimaste quindi con una sola finestra aperta, senza zanzariere, costrette a richiedere anche un fornellino antizanzare e un secondo ventilatore.

Abbiamo dormito con una temperatura in camera di circa 26 gradi, con finestre aperte, ventilatori e zanzare. Il giorno dopo, infatti, non siamo state nemmeno bene.
