L'espai de l'habitació, la decoració. Els espais comuns, la vista..
L'habitació era freda. És podia preveure que si arribés al vespre tard, tenir-la escalfada. El termòstat no funcionava. Sort de la manta que vam trobar a l'armari.
Al comentar-ho l'endemà amb el recepcionista, ens van dir que li havíem d'haver trucat. Enlloc hi havia una indicació que ens convidés a fer--ho.
Jo havia avisat de l'hora que arribaríem. No costava res haver-la escalfat prèviament. 17,4 graus és fred.

1) The cleaning/domestic staff were friendly, polite and professional. The room was cleaned impeccably every day and they were also happy to work around me when I couldn’t leave my room immediately. All done with a great attitude.
2) Location was great.
1) A/C was switched off completely which was unacceptable. Whilst I understand not wanting to waste power, this should be adjusted based on current weather and left to the customer to decide how cool they would like their room.
2) The reception staff (at least the 2 men who attended to me) were unnecessarily grumpy. Front of house is the face of the establishment please sort this out.
3) Breakfast offering was not great. In particular the offering of tinned fruit in syrup as a breakfast option in the 21st century says we are a bit behind the times.
4) The condition of the room (fixtures and furnishings) specifically the window handle and the door lock were not well maintained.

The staff were helpful but considering the hotel was full due to the Olympics, there were not enough people working.
The furniture was dated. The furniture in the lobby was Shaby. The food in the bar nonexistent. Workers in the hotel were wonderful. You just got the feeling that there wasn’t any money being put into the hotel by management.
