The whole facility is a worn out over priced pig sty!
I reserved a king bed a month in advance. When I got there, all they had available was two queens. They obviously do not care about honoring their reservations. Also the halls were filthy and there was no “Stairs” sign next to one of the stairwells. I will never stay here again.

floors in room were in terrible shape sharp edges everywhere. looks like it was flooded and left unrepaired
tub had gashes with rust in them.

Checkout is supposed to be 12:00 but they knocked on my door loudly & called my room and rudely told me I was late checking out at 11:15... and threatened a late fee. I showed them my booking.com confirmation email and the 12:00 checkout time, they showed me a sign on the wall. I guess they had recently changed their checkout time, because I used to stay there before and the checkout was always noon...
Old nasty rooms, old small tiled stained bathroom. Stained carpet in the hallways.
Thin warn towels. Constant TV rebooting along with mostly foreign channels.
The owners must live in some of the rooms with family members because the hallways smelled of whatever they were cooking .Pool area was padlocked so guests had to go to reservations desk to get someone to unlock it. Would never stay there again or recommend.

They didn’t offer complementary breakfast. The first one we were in had mold in the shower. The room was dirty. We were so tired. We just went to bed. Got up the next morning had them switch our rooms. All they did was paint the rooms and add some normal household furniture definitely not worth $700.

Over charged my account 5 times of $150 deposit which was a total of $750 after leaving the property and said they never charged it. Then proceeded to tell me they don’t know what happened and they refunded the money back, however we never received that either, the fridge hardly worked and the 2nd floors ice machine was broke, I cleaned the room and stripped the beds before leaving for a quick turn around for the next guests and I was thanked for cleaning the room then that happened with the overcharged deposit. Needless to say I’ll never stay there again and the police are now involved!
