Perfect for what we needed. A quiet room, comfortable bed, near where we needed to be.
Pros:

The location was perfect for us as we were doing a bike ride around Parvin State Park. Check in was easy, it was quiet at night, and we got a $5 voucher for IHOP which we used to get coffee in the morning.

Cons:

The hotel looked a bit old and rundown. Hall carpets were stained and very old. We had a few small flying bugs in the shower that I had to swat.

Uncomfortable
Pros:

The room was clean. Everything was on working order. It was the staff that was annoying. I felt like I was bothering these people. Also, $150 incident fee, that was taken directly from my account was not even mentioned at check in had better be refunded to my account. Absolutely the most indifferent, disconnected treatment I've ever received from any place I've ever stayed. And no, I will never stay there again.

This hotel needs to be shut down and remodeled.
Pros:

Everything was awful, front desk staffing were very unprofessional.

Cons:

The bed sheets were filthy, the pillows were flat, the blankets were dirty. The room
had major mildew and mold. The floors had water under the hard wood floors. It was awful

Absolutely unacceptable.
Cons:

I reserved a king bed a month in advance. When I got there, all they had available was two queens. They obviously do not care about honoring their reservations. Also the halls were filthy and there was no “Stairs” sign next to one of the stairwells. I will never stay here again.

Staff was nice.

Cons:

Key cards kept not working. 5 or 6 times down to front desk
floors in room were in terrible shape sharp edges everywhere. looks like it was flooded and left unrepaired
tub had gashes with rust in them.
tile grout was disgusting dirty etc.
air conditioner took forever to cool the space.
2nd floor ice machine not working.
no access for carts etc to the 2nd floor.

Ni grab bar, unsafe shower so I could not use it
There were people sitting on the steps making it hard to get up to my room
Checkout is supposed to be 12:00 but they knocked on my door loudly & called my room and rudely told me I was late checking out at 11:15... and threatened a late fee. I showed them my booking.com confirmation email and the 12:00 checkout time, they showed me a sign on the wall. I guess they had recently changed their checkout time, because I used to stay there before and the checkout was always noon...

Never recommend!
Pros:

Old nasty rooms, old small tiled stained bathroom. Stained carpet in the hallways.
Thin warn towels. Constant TV rebooting along with mostly foreign channels.
The owners must live in some of the rooms with family members because the hallways smelled of whatever they were cooking .Pool area was padlocked so guests had to go to reservations desk to get someone to unlock it. Would never stay there again or recommend.
