Pros:

Some of the check-in/out staff are discourteous and unkind. They treat hotel guests like a nuisance. Also at breakfast both of the lady and gentleman chefs totally ignore guests who are patiently standing awaiting service. The chef totally and completely ignores the guest without even a hello or please be patient l would be with you shortly. This is a depiction of very poor service and even utter rudeness. Hope they would behave better in the future.

Cons:

I prepaid this stay through Booking.com, but the hotel charged my Bank of America credit card again for the same stay after checkout. This is a duplicate charge / paid by other means.

Amazing stay, great accommodations and facilities and staff!
Pros:

Great service! We got stuck in DC and had to make a quick reservation and they were very accommodating and the airport shuttle was fantastic!

Cons:

Our room was 80 degrees when we came in and it was a little hot.

Great breakfast. More privacy needed.
Pros:

The breakfast buffet 😋 was very good. A bit of confusion when billed by the waiter for an included breakfast. The room was very nice! Too bad we didn't have much time to enjoy it. More sound isolation is needed between the bedroom and the bathroom. Opening the hall entry door exposes a large portion of the space. Ciao!

Cons:

Low lighting for shaving and makeup. Privacy from hallway and bathroom.

Pros:

Very clean & comfortable. The ability to Park & Fly with the available airport shuttle made everything seamless. Highly recommend!

Cons:

The price was a bit steep but the convenience made it worth it.

Incredibly convenient and great breakfast
Pros:

Breakfast was wonderful, and so was the woman helping out during the breakfast service. The beds were comfortable, the room was clean and we had easy access to the mall area behind the hotel for food.

Cons:

The wifi making you pay or becoming a member wasn't great, the shower had little black specks that came out with the water probably because of an old gasket and one of our windows was cracked
