Self Parking Issue Temporary Resolved
Pros:

Rita Labosette who is in the operations team here at Marriott Dulles Suites, Dulles Virginia - February 22, 2026 is handling an issue that arose with self parking while overseas. There was a miscommunication with one of the Marriott employees but Rita has been on top of the issue even over the weekend! I will update my review and rating once issue is resolved but I am hopeful that all work out. :)

Spacious and Comfortable Stay
Pros:

Washington Dulles Marriott Suites offers a very comfortable stay, especially with its large living areas, separate bedroom, and overall clean, well‑kept rooms. The space and layout make it easy to settle in, whether you’re staying for a night or a longer trip.

Check‑in was smooth and straightforward, though I did have to call the front desk later about an issue, and the person who answered came off a bit rude. Not a deal‑breaker, but worth noting.

The location is a strong point plenty of restaurants are within walking distance.

Parking, however, can be tight. Absolutely avoid the lot next door. Use the garage instead, and if the first level is full, go down a level or two. I spent a while circling before finding a spot.

Overall, this is a solid, comfortable hotel with great room space and a convenient location. A couple of small service and parking frustrations, but still a good stay.

Relaxing and fully recharging stay at the Marriott Suites.
Pros:

Very good Breakfast and nice made to order food items.

Cons:

Airport Shuttle could have bit more space for luggage. One light in the bathroom was not working.

Overnight visit
Pros:

Honestly, I'd give this property a 4.5 if possible. The facility was clean and well kept. Staff was polite and responsive. Absolutely loved how the rooms were set up. The bathroom and shower area were large, and the towels were soft. The bed, pillows, and furniture were very comfortable. We were on a high floor and the elevators were quick. Multiple nearby restaurants of every caliber, and very easy off the main roadways. The only negative we acknowledged is that when it is late at night the parking area seemed dimly lit and felt a little sketchy because of poor sightlines to the hotel entrance and some woodland cover due to the trees and bushes and the way the parking lot was built. But we definitely will return to this property.

Great facility and beautiful rooms, but, be aware they charge a lot for every little extra!

Cons:

They charge extra for everything!
$13 for internet access
$4 for a cup of water
$27 for breakfast
It’s too much much for all of these things and you don’t really know about this when you book.
