Stayed there for location - it was perfect. Easy access to highway, many restaurants, and access to Duke campus which was the trip priority. Room was clean, comfortable, and had good amenities. Cleaning staff were especially good - did a GREAT job with housekeeping duties.
Noisy at night, with VERY unruly other customers. Need to reel that in, as out of control. Someone dented the trunk hood of my rental car during the last night of the trip, and I believe it probably happened there as I did not notice this before I retired for the night.
I didn’t like anything with Property
There were so many homeless people in the parking lot. There were people on the balcony drinking and smoking, and even get my car didn’t even go inside.

The rooms smells like smoke from cigarettes/weed. The bed-sheet feels like its not properly washed or dry. The floor looks unkept. The bathroom was just there.

It was smelly and dirty with water damage in the hallways, the beds where hard and the toilet paper was terrible
The room was clean, the TV worked, and the bed was comfortable. The AC worked too.
The stairs were taped off near the rooms I was staying in, so I had to walk to the elevator, then walk around the building to my car. Because my car was parked on the side with the taped stairs. I was not happy about that, and there was no warning it would be closed, I could have parked near the front lobby.
Nothing! It was nasty! As soon as you pulled in it smelled like weed! Not like the picture it looks like a run down abandoned building!

As soon as I pulled in a parking spot a female approached me asking if I had Cash App for cash
It smelled moldy. Also there was the smell of Marijuana coming through the vents. Burn marks on toilet seat. TV was unplugged no remote. 3 way outlet adapter with all the appliances plugges in. It felt very very uncomfortable so I asked for a refund. We could not stay. I am concerned because I booked and room in another location with Best Western so I hope this will.not be the same experience 😠
The bed was comfortable.
Very badly done floors. Everything smelled and looked disgusting. The entire place smelled like Marijuana. The shower knob was broken and the water never got hot, it was barely lukewarm.
