The staff was very nice

Cons:

I didn't care for my room the bathroom never drained and it smelled awful . The hotel says no smoking but you could smell weed in your room because the next door was smoking. I normally could care less but I have asthma and a rare genetic disease so breathing is hard I was there for a appointment at Duke . I think they need to do a better job with no smoking sign .

Great location; poor accommodation. Will not return.
Pros:

The location of this hotel is it's best feature. It's near multiple eateries and main thoroughfares so finding food is a snap. The decor is what I would call brutalist prison. Its harsh exposed concrete painted a dark cloudy grey. The floors consist of wood-look sheet vinyl laid over broken, crumbling concrete, leaving them woefully uneven. Third floor stays require you to badge in to an enclosed hallway, providing additional security. Floors 1 and 2 are exposed and do not have this feature. The bed was surprisingly comfortable. For the money, there are better choices.

Didn’t look like the pictures. The lobby looked better than the room. Permanent stains in the bathroom. Online pics look updated, the room was out dated.

Pros:

We stopped here very late cause our car broke down and the took 20 minutes to get us a room and once we finally get to the room the toilet does not work and it smelled of smoke and something much worse. The beds are very cheap and not comfortable and also smelled of smoke. I do not recommend staying here at all.
