The staff was helpful and tried their best to help us switch hotels and ultimately cancelled our reservation after one night
There was a water pipe leak and it flooded all the floors and also they shut off the water bc of that
Additionally, The rooms look extremely old and dingy. The gym is nothing more than a couple of dumbbells
There was plenty of parking and the hotel appears to have undergone recent remodeling.
Room 206 was supposed to have had two queen beds, what we encountered was one queen bed and a full bed on a queen box spring.
There have a placard in the bathroom advising if you want clean towels place them on the floor. We followed that and found no clean towels, we called housekeeping and towels were brought up. The second day, the same thing happened, however housekeeping didn’t answer when called and we had to request towels from the front desk. I informed them that housekeeping has not visited our room and the very small waste basket was overflowing. I was informed we were not yet scheduled for housekeeping to visit our room. I asked if that was the case, what good were the instructions to put dirty towels on the floor in order for them to be replaced if our room isn’t to be serviced. I was given two towels along with two face towels as they had only a few available. The person at the front desk also told me if the trash was full, empty it into a bag and put it in the hall. I didn’t bring bags with and I certainly didn’t feel comfortable dumping my trash off in the hall.
In a three night stay, there was not one housekeeping visit.
The shuttle was very late picking us up from airport .... it was after midnight. The hotel was under construction. When we arrived, we were put in a room not selected. There were 3 of us, me (mom) and daughter and son. I had specifically advised we needed a room with 2 queen beds. The first room we were given was a 1 bed (king room. It took a few minutes for staff to get us to the correct room The biggest issue was that construction LOUD LOUD LOUD started in room next door pretty early and we were unable to enjoy relaxing in the room.

The property cancelled my reservation without notice, due to 'a pipe burst'. Upon further investigation, they overbooked. My husband and I arrived late evening as we had been traveling all day, which the hotel was aware of and confirmed, when we arrived we were met by a rude, unprofessional manager who said they cancelled to reservation and walked away. We asked for other accommodations, help finding elsewhere to stay and they said there was nothing they could do. DO NOT STAY HERE
there was construction everywhere- not mentioned on line. have a starbucks but they did not have the ecpresso machine working Parking was atrocious and no breakfast ability . The web site should talk about the noise, the mess and or discount the price!
Clean room
Property was below our expectation.
I only stayed two hours due to the smell (cigarette smoke). I asked for another room but they said they were full. Working to get a refund and cancelled my upcoming stay. Wouldn’t stay there again.
The location is good. There’s a restaurant inside but the Starbucks machine didn’t work, that was disappointing. Also the tv was so dark we couldn’t watch it. And then the cleaning staff
Knocked on our door at 9am which was annoying too.

Booked this place because the pool and hot tub. Pool door didn’t work, had sign it was out of order to enter I believe through the courtyard aka outside entrance. The hot tub is non existent it’s closed. They had it covered boarded up with a sitting area over top of it. Room was fine for passing through but the cost didn’t reflect the amenities it claimed to have.

Loved our stay! Nice pool, comfy beds, cute balcony, adorable courtyard, helpful staff, etc.
The spa was broken, but that was the only negative.
The property was fine, but I was distressed that the phone in my room didn't work. The desk was notified, and I was assured that someone would come fix it, but no one did.

The staff were all very pleasant. The room was spacious and clean. The food in the lobby bistro was unexpectedly very excellent. And it saved a few bucks taking their shuttle to the airport.
