De ligging : vlakbij de LAX luchthaven. Gratis luchthavenshuttle van en naar de accommodatie.

Cons:

Verschrikkelijk ontbijt, bijna niets is gezond (typisch Amerikaanse ongezond spullen). TE WEINIG KEUZES VOOR GEZOND ETEN/DRINKEN. GEEN GEKOOKTE EIEREN mogelijk gemaakt voor gasten : HEEL ERG SLECHT.
Beleid van gierigheid en van het minimalisme tegen zeer hoge tarieven : helemaal niet in verhouding met elkaar. Doodsaaie sfeer, geen gezellige uitstraling in de publieke ruimtes, lijkt alsof een asielzoekerscentrum.

Geen waterkoker aanwezig in de kamer.

Pros:

I thought the room was great and really comfortable. I loved the bathroom and the products such as shampoo and hand soap smelled great. The shower was great too, much needed after a long journey.

Cons:

The location was a little further from the airport than I expected and you had to drive through an industrial estate to get to it. Made me nervous, I thought the cab driver was kidnapping us! Oh, and they had run out of milk at breakfast. Not great for those who like to use it on cereal and in coffee.

Adequate for a quick overnight, but that's about it.
Cons:

airport shuttle was atrocious. We and other travelers waited almost an hour for the shuttle to arrive. It was very crowded. We were told it was a "shared shuttle" with another hotel, but not that it also stopped at parking garage locations as well. The short distance to the hotel took way to long.

Pros:

Very friendly and helpful staff. We got stranded at LAX with our dog and a ton of luggage, and had to book a room last minute for several days. Everyone was so great, the bed was comfy and they were so accommodating with our doggo. The staff helped make a very bad week a little better.
