Cons:

The gentleman working the evening shift was not friendly and lied to us over the phone about deposit. He said deposit was $50 per room. Friend checked in and paid $50. When we arrived he charged us $100 per room and said it changed over a month ago.

Zimmer renoviert, Frühstück mangelhaft
Pros:

Die Zimmer sind renoviert und in einem sehr guten Zustand. Wir konnten früh am Tag (12.00) einchecken.

Cons:

Das Frühstück ist und bleibt eine Zumutung. Wann wird es endlich soweit sein, dass Plastikbesteck und Pappbecher verschwinden. Wir waren 3 Tage dort und das Servicepersonal war sehr unterschiedlich. Einen Tag war es so, dass kaum etwas nachgefüllt wurde und die Bedienstete immer wieder in die "Küche" verschwand. Am anderen Tag wurde sogar der Müll vom Tisch abräumt der Tisch beputzt. Was leider ganz schlimm war, war der Boden. Überall klebte es am Boden, wahrscheinlich von dem Sirup der Waffeln. Auch roch es im ganzen Frühstückraum sehr unangenehm süsslich. Wir denken Hampton Inn sollte dringend hier am Frühstückkonzept arbeiten.

Das Zimmer roch nach Hund, obwohl am Boden nur ein dünner Teppich lag. Das Personal sollte darauf achten, dass "Hundezimmer" gründlicher gereinigt werden.

Auch der Fahrstuhl roch unangenehm. Abgesehen, dass er wohl sehr alt war und sehr langsam arbeitete.
