100% Excellent.
Pros:

Every staff member we encountered during our stay made a sincere effort to make us feel appreciated, important and at home. It was like staying with friends. I’ve never experienced that in a hotel before.

We had a really great stay at The Ritz-Carlton, Pentagon City in December 2025. From the moment we arrived, the service felt polished and genuinely welcoming. Check-in was smooth, and the staff were professional, attentive, and quick to help with anything we needed.
The room was spotless, comfortable, and quiet, which I especially appreciated during a busy December trip. The bed was extremely comfortable, and everything in the room felt high quality and well maintained. Housekeeping was consistent and thorough, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was calm and upscale.
The location is also a big plus. It’s convenient for getting around, and it made our stay a lot easier since I didn’t waste time commuting back and forth. Overall, it delivered exactly what you expect from a hotel, excellent service, comfort, and a refined experience.
I do absolutely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone who wants a reliable luxury stay in the area.

awesome and comfortable stay
Pros:

I did not take BREAKFAST, but i loved the hotel and staff
they were polite and collegial
the hotel is connected to the mall which made it an ideal place for me
the mall had excellent restaurants and outlets
house keeping and cleaning was regular and up to mark

Cons:

i think if the breakfast cost could be reduced, it will attract more clients

Not the best Ritz
Pros:

Odd location. Didn’t feel right for a Ritz to be attached to a mall. Friendly service as always. Weird headboards - seems minor but uncomfortable to sit in the bed.

Everything was very clean and well equipped. The staff could not have been more helpful and attentive, and all were very friendly. Excellent service throughout

Cons:

Bathroom was not really equipped for elderly clients. Low commode, no walk in shower, few grab bars.
