The food was horrible and overpriced and location and smell in the hallway we was suppose to stay 2 nights but end going home a day early because we dudliked ot that much

The decor needs to be improved in the bedrooms - the bathrooms are lovely.

The dinner was nice.
The bed was actually two single beds pushed together. One over an inch higer than the other. The bathroom smelled terrible, like damp and mould and it spread to the whole room. The TV remote was under the table. There were no plugs by the beds. The towels were stained and to top it all off I had to pay to park.

Had to pay £6 for parking, can understand if it is a BW in the middle of a city - but this one is in the middle of nowhere!
There was a generator hum/noise for most of the night in the back rooms.

The receptionist was very helpful when I had a problem with the extortionate and frankly unnecessary parking fees on arrival at the hotel as an external company now controls the hotel car park.
There was no housekeeping on either Christmas Day or Boxing Day which resulted in no clean towels, the tea, coffee, water etc not refilled, used cups and glasses not washed, the bathroom uncleaned, the bed unmade and a complete lack of service or any level of interest from staff on reception.
The room had one panel heater which I was required to turn on when I arrived in the room late at night. The temperature outside was minus zero. At 5.40am a thunderous sound was emitted from the vent in the main bedroom. When I enquired with the night porter what this noise was he said it was the hotels' air conditioning system.
There was no heating at all in the bathroom, and with no external ventilation as the window could not be opened and was in an exceptionally poor state of repair, the bathroom was cold and steamed up very quickly.
The shower head was blocked so water leaked from it rather than flowed.
The bathroom tiles were extremely cold to walk on.

Paid parking with an app that’s crap . Felt ripped off as did others. Would not stay again with this hotel group. Piss takers.

Locality to where we were going.
Matts ability to juggle different roles & his exceptional customer service.
No-one on Reception when arriving, had to shout and then go to restaurant to get Matt. No bell!
Car parking cost ? Why need to pay?
Food not been fully checked before getting to table, was a little like fawlty towers not sure if Matt was the only staff member in the hotel doing reception. Bar and kitchen.
Garlic bread not cooked correctly. Just grilled on a plate so the bottoms were stodgy and soggy & top crispy.
Bacon and cheese burger (Milford burger) missing the bacon. Side of Coleslaw not available.
Bedroom decor still needs to be updated. Underfloor heating in bathroom, had a nice bath.
Shower poor pressure just dribbled at you.
Bed, poor matress which autimatically threw both of us to the middle with a dip as deep asgrand canyon, felt like i needed a rope to get back on to the side of the bed.
