Clean comfortable room and service with a smile !
Pros:

Firstly the staff should get a mention, especially Zoe and Matt. A warm & friendly greeting from Zoe as we checked in, and we found her to be very helpful.
Matt dealt well when the computer system was doing, very apologetic with good customer service.
Well done to you both !

Great place to stop off for the local amenities, looks tired but the service and cleanliness was top notch.

OK place to stay when visiting the Motorist- but don't expect to be overwhelmed.
Pros:

Check in was easy and having a restaurant on site a bonus. Good location just off the main road.

Cons:

Having to pay exctra for parking- whilst this was in the small print it does annoy mer. The evening meal was ok but wwas missing the flat bread for the curtrty- but we were still charged the full price. Also at breakfast no orange joice as apparently it hadn't been delivered. It did appear short staffed as well. The was some mould on the tile grouting in the shower.

Ok for a one night stay on way to next destination, very nice staff and comfortable bed.
Pros:

Staff were very friendly and helpful, room was reasonably clean, comfortable bed, clean white towels and bedding.

Cons:

Room could do with a refurb, very tired looking. The most annoying problem was the car park charge, £7.50 was a lot to pay for one night especially when it wasn’t mentioned until after the room was booked.

Okay outside very disappointing

Outside was really dirty and rundown I could not believe it and they charged £7 50p for the privilege to park your car ,the inside of the hotel was nice and clean and staff were very helpful would I stay here again definitely not

Quite impressed
Pros:

Really out of the way really quite lovely to just jump back on route, all staff have been great.
Honestly have no complaints it’s exactly what your paying for , paid 234 for 3 nights granted it’s not the ritz , but for your money it’s good quality, breakfast is okay, really well kept little hotel.
