Pros:

Lovely comfortable bed and bathroom was excellent and seemed new.

Cons:

Staff were flippant and seemed rushed of their feet. Run on a shoe string. Both reading lights next to bed were completely broken and fridge in room didn't work. Reported it and got a casual 'sorry for that's.

Pros:

As I was staying for 3 nights, the reception lady upgraded me to a suite. It was so nice to come back to each evening.

Cons:

It's expensive to eat there so I didn't use the restaurant.

Pros:

We have stayed here before and returned because of our previous comfortable stay. Everything has been considered and provided. It's a lovely little place and a team who clearly work well together.

Cons:

Parking! This is now owned by a private company and you are charged literally on arrival and you need to focus otherwise you will end up paying for extras that you don't need. It is irritating!
Also, the bed was a little too soft for us...but that's a personal preference.

Great staff especially Zoe - so helpful, nothing is too much trouble
