This hotel is beautiful, closely placed to nearby attractions, includes a coffee shop and even a restaurant with a bar.
Staff members were not very welcoming. Also, the $50 hold I was told I would have per room is actually $75. Not a huge deal, just incorrect information from booking.com.

So historic and right in the middle of where we needed to be!
Everything was excellent
We enjoyed the stay at the hotel and definitely want to come back. It is close to plenty of shopping and the riverwalk as well. We ate dinner at the hotel as well which made it very convenient. There were even bath robes in the bathroom closet.
It was perfect.
The location was great and the staff quickly addressed any issues we had in our room.
The price for valet parking was more than I wanted to spend. I parked off site to save money.
The staff were AMAZING!! Eduardo at the front desk was professional, courteous, timely and accommodating. The restaurant staff were great! Our favorite was Ocean. She met every request with a smile and gratitude. Kim and Ben were also great. They attended to our tables and family with professionalism. Vanessa, the manager was amazing! She checked in on us and addressed an issue we had with another waitress (name unknown) but it's not even worth mentioning the details because Vanessa handled it stat! The Sunday bartender was super amazing! Didn't catch her name but my mom did. My mom stayed behind at the bar while the family went to the alamo. My mom said she had an amazing time with the girls. Also, the entertainment at the restaurant was enjoyable and interactive. oh - and we can't forget valet. The guys were great and accommodating when we forgot things in our vehicle. We had the best time and will come again. Wish we could have made it to the pool but had too much fun elsewhere. Thank you to the amazing staff!
There is nothing to report.
It was walking distance from all the main attractions downtown.
ac was broken they offered a 50 percent discount but said we had to contact yall very very hot all night not great staff was very friendly and tried to help but stay was missrible
Super convenient to the Alamo and the Riverwalk!
Old hotel, well maintained
Had a issue with a/c when we first arrived. Front desk immediately switched us to a more comfortable room after maintenance checked room.

The ease to get to the river walk
Bath tubs don’t drain, there’s no room service, and there’s no microwave.
Location, staff and service was good.
During our stay no one came in the room to clean or stock the coffee supplies, ect. Also the bathroom on my room was a little tied for two people to be in it at the same time.
The location was great. It was walking distance to the River Walk and The Alamo.
Unfortunately, our experience at this hotel was not positive. I reserved 2
The hotel is in need of updating, and the bathrooms were especially disappointing. The tub/shower was not clean and had a strong smell of mildew mixed with bleach. The shower curtain was old and dirty too. The first room I was given was very small, so I requested a different room because I was so uncomfortable with the condition of the bathroom and size if the room.
Customer service was inconsistent. We walked past the front desk several times during our stay, and no one acknowledged or greeted us unless we spoke first. MJ at the front desk was friendly, professional, and helpful, and the woman working in the café was also kind and courteous.
Unfortunately, my experience with Melissa at the front desk was the opposite. She seemed irritated from the moment I requested a different room and came across as having an attitude. When I politely mentioned that her tone felt unprofessional, she rolled her eyes and denied it. Thankfully, I only had to interact with her once.
The valet staff was friendly and helpful, but be aware that valet parking costs $59 per night. We were also never offered information about Wi-Fi, so I’m not sure whether it was included with our stay.
