Pros: Great location, short walk from the Cathedral and Gallery. Rich breakfast.
Cons: We had bed-flees !!! The staff was not surprised and offered to change our room. Overall toilet clean: 3/10.

Buena disposición del personal. Se preocuparon cuando me caí (en la calle)y me prestaron hielo. Me ayudaron a recuperar una maleta que Iberia me había perdido. O sea desde las señoras que sirven el desayuno hasta los botones fueron un 10 conmigo.
Creo que al hotel le hace falta una reforma grande. El aire acondicionado prácticamente no se sentía de día (claro que este año hay una ola de calor)/lo demás ya sería hacerlo sentir un poco más moderno. Aunque como tiene buena ubicación siempre estará lleno.

The staff was very friendly
The rug and furnishings were very old and could stand a refurbish. The carpet had a red stain and there was fabric on almost everything, But it was clean and the staff was nice.

Il n'y a pas de parking à l'établissement, il faut se garer dans un parking public proche (100m) assez cher (30€ pour 12h)
La décoration des chambres est un peu vieillissante...
Overall pleasant experience. Breakfast was good by European standards. Room was well maintained.
Beds were fairly hard and the AC just would not make it to desired temp.
