El cuarto amplio y muy comodo, con diversos items!! El desayuno era muy bueno y completo. Super cerca del duomo (8 minutos caminando).

Hôtel central, chambre spacieuse et lumineuse, literie confortable, personnel attentionné. Petit déjeuner copieux. Mini bar gratuit.

Un hôtel ne vaut pas quatre étoiles .
Pros:

L’emplacement est très bon, check-in est efficace, Check-out a 14:00.

Cons:

Service clean- room n’était pas fait pour une journée, default du sign “ don’t disturb “. Mais lendemain ( au jour du départ avant l’heure de check- out accordé, malgré notre sign “don’t disturb” , on était trois fois “ disturb “ par les frappes et la phone!

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut. Vielleicht lässt sich der Übernachtungspreis damit erklären.
Pros:

Eine sehr freundliche Dame an der Rezeption und eine an der Bar. Die Herren wirkten auf mich, glücklicherweise mit Ausnahmen, eher unfreundlich.

Cons:

Renovierungsbedarf ist nicht zu übersehen. Das Frühstück könnte deutlich besser sein. Das Personal im Frühstücksraum scheint nicht geschult zu sein.
