Staff accused us of smoking in our room, when we smoke outside. Tried to talk to the morning staff and was told when we checked out that we were fine and was still charged for smoking in our room and we smoke outside

Cons:

Room was ok. There was some damages to bathroom. Took pictures of damage to be sure my security deposit will be refunded. Upon completion of stay deposit has not been refunded. Poor service from Choice hotels resulting in misy now dispute charge with my banking institution.

Had somewhere to sleep.
Pros:

Room was somewhat clean. Kids love swimming pool.

Cons:

Felt old. Breakfast needs a refresh. Didn’t look good to the eye. Did not take a shower because it appeared to be painted. Landscape needs a major refresh. Concerned that it appeared to have no hotel staff but family own workers. Just not a great and welcoming hotel, even if it is a 3-star. 3-star is misleading.
