The hotel was the best we stayed at on our 4000+ mile trip to and from Cleveland from Montana. We used bookings.com for all 6 stays and this one outshone them all.
I wish the pool had been open later since we got there VERY late. that's it. great hotel and there was even recycling available in the parking lot adjacent.
It had a horrible smell, there was toilet paper stuffed in the ceiling where the water sprinkler was directly above the middle of the bed. I called the front desk and told them I didn’t feel
Comfortable and they said someone would come look at it in the morning. We left and came back and our bed was a mess and there was tape holding up the water sprinkler above our bed. I called and asked if they stepped on the bed and said they didn’t. Not sure how you got to the middle of a king size bed without stepping on it. Everytime I called them; it went nowhere and no one called me back.
I asked to cancel the rest Of our stay after the first night and they refused. I was left With no options or resolutions. They never cleaned the room, they never provided towels- never will I go back and never would I recommend this facility to anyone!!
It smelled like mold and they never cleaned our room or provided linens - we stayed 4 days. I asked to speak to the manager multiple
Times and they never contacted me.
The old carpet really needs to be updated.

Clean, friendly, good breakfast
Utterly bizarre room window opens up to the breakfast lounge! Noise was unwelcome at sunrise but I could hilariously see my wife getting a bagel while still in bed. Also the AC was comically loud like a concrete saw hitting a sack of nails
I would not refuse to stay at this hotel if needed, but I paid too much for the room I got, and would look at other hotels first. The ice machine was on the other side of one wall, so we kept hearing that all night. The room looked old…old, worn carpet, etc, but seemed clean. It is also in a sketchy area. Some guy across the street was strung out on drugs and we also noticed a couple of other sketchy looking people around the area.
Staff was friendly, and breakfast was good. The breakfast area appeared clean and well maintained.

The room has been updated and was nice. Breakfast was as expected - nothing special but fine to get us out the door for a long day of driving.
The location is a bit odd - there was not great parking for check in.
