Great location, a historic building and a room not to be forgotten. A great stay!
Pros:

Location is unbeatable at the heart of Penn State University, and the historical building adds a lot of charm to the stay. Rooms are gorgeous and very spacious, making one's stay even more pleasant.

Cons:

Not that we would really want watch TV, but the position of the TV in the room made it uncomfortable to watch.

Clean and well appointed rooms

Cons:

I had requested a room close to the entrance bc my father who was with me has a cane and has trouble walking. I called three times to make sure the request was noted. We had reserved a room with two doubles. When we arrived I was informed that I could valet bc it was full and there were no double rooms left. We had to take a king that was extremely far from the main entrance. Was very disappointing.

Very enjoyable stay.
Pros:

Enjoyed one of the restaurants in the inn. Many places to sit/gather. Beautiful setting. Staff friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Would have liked an iron and board in room. More information on parking on the website would have been helpful.

The inn was beautiful, comfortable and convenient.
Pros:

Beautiful, warm, inviting. Comfortable and felt homey. Wonderful location

Cons:

-My car was valet parked outside and brought back to me covered in snow and ice. My gas cover was frozen shut when I went to refuel before getting on the road. I would have appreciated covered parking or the valet cleaning and defrosting the car in advance.
-it was hard to find a bellman upon arrival and departure.
