If you want filth, garbage everywhere, drug deal in the room next to ours, one of the worst breakfasts I have ever had then this place is for you.

Hotel is setup for construction workers which we saw all over. Our room stunk of cigarettes and like most of the pictures we had rust everywhere, ceiling texture coming down, air conditioner buttons were missing so you had no idea what was happening.

I’m not a racist but I’ve seen this type of poor conditions in India and Jordan where filth is accepted as a way of life.

Do whatever you need to do to avoid this place. Stay at your own risk.

Not pleasant

It was clean, but had carpet that should be replaced.

We had two adjoining rooms for the stay. One room had what appeared to be urine stained sheets. Motorist and cobwebs. Ceiling falling apart.

We stayed one night while passing through and it was adequate. The bed was comfortable, the staff were pleasant. Most of the hotels in this area are about the same.

Good place for the price

We booked a king size downstairs room, but when we arrived they didn't have any king size due to 'unexpected overstays'. We chose not to accept the upstairs 2 full size bed. Hotels.com was very helpful in getting a cancellation without penalty. So we just went somewhere else.

Horrible dirty ; pillows stunk so bad had to throw them off the bed . Very old needs remodeled, don’t I repeat don’t stay there

Excellent place for price! Well maintained, clean, attentive. Will stay there again.
Quick stop while traversing IH10

At Checkin, I was informed that I would have to pay a $50 fee, (even after I had already paid in full in advance. The hotel clerk said that the $50 fee would be refunded to me at checkout, but now it’s a week later and still not refunded. I would not stay here again.

We pulled on the lot and the entire property and building was under construction. Construction workers hanging outside on middle floor and lower drinking beers and hanging out outside. Ladders and tools everywhere. We tried to cancel the reservation but was unable too. Decided it was not safe to stay so we went somewhere else

The staff is nice. The lobby is very welcoming and clean, but the facility in the rooms are worn and they have a way to go to get them up to the condition of the lobby.

The whole place was disgusting except the check-in area which is how they trick you into thinking the room may not be bad. But it was horrible. Nasty crap smeared on the walls and the bathroom was the worst bathroom I have ever been in. I had to wear my flip flops in the shower. There was mold all over.

This property was undergoing some renovation. The staff was friendly and check in was fine. The free breakfast was what you'd expect, but it was fine. The problem was that the room itself was tidy but had obvious areas of disrepair. There were stains on the wall and other items. The main issue was that there seemed to be a migrant bus staying overnight. There were several shirtless men hanging around outside after 10pm. This made my wife and daughter uncomfortable. We had to book two rooms because we are a family of 5 and rooms only sleep 4. But given the situation we all had to pile into the same room to make my wife and daughter feel safer. The room also smelled funny. I'm fine with a little disrepair, especially at only $80 a night. But the feeling of unease was my main concern.

Was unable to use the pool facilities due to other guests having a party with alcohol in glass bottles there. Not the ideal “family”environment. Glad we only booked one night to start with.
