It can be a lot better I see potential
Pros:

Made it feel safe cause I’m trusting to sleep there

Cons:

I just overall think, that it needs a little bit more work done. Even though it’s a motel doesn’t mean it has to be a slum bucket clean your sheets, make sure theirs nothing left from the last person, smells, trash, etc it’s people out here who just needs a comfy place to sleep safely and comfortably and most importantly clean !!!treat it like you would want to be there on the other side

Cons:

The toilet didn't work, the hallway smelled like urine, it was just dirty. We left early this next morning. The staff was rude no one smiled or made us feel welcome. It was people outside that made us feel uncomfortable and unsafe. The TV in the room didn't work.

My room had roaches and the heater didn’t work so it was cold and then when I contacted property manager they said they couldn’t do nothing because it was past 15 minutes.

Corporate needs to get involved and fix up place.
Pros:

They gave me a refrigerator after 3 weeks staying with them. Put a microwave in lobby. Replaced the air conditioner because the old one had a moldy smell.

Cons:

Issues with clientele there, fights in motel, outside motel. A baby died, possibly was killed. Roaches. Possible bed bugs, not sure, but upstairs they took out at least 20 mattresses. Room didn't have a phone. Washer and dryer never worked in the 4 weeks there. No microwave in room even when requested. Fridge given to me at the end of week 3. They said I couldn't stay after a month, but it was a blessing because I got into a better place.
