Fine. Not great, not terrible, adequate.
Pros:

Absolutely great bargain accommodation. No hassle, no thrills, just somewhere to shower, toilet and sleep. Perfect for what I needed.

Cons:

The bathroom was in a bit of a state with the shower head and smoke alarm literally hanging out of the wall. Also had regular problems with other users shrieking and shouting at each other through the night.

There's mediocre basic for a quick stay
Pros:

I like the security that the lobby door was locked at night, I also liked the little computer thing in case you didn't have a card to use and only had cash you could transform your cash into the hotel card

Cons:

I did not like that they did not have microwave or refrigerators in the room, the room was kind of small and bare, and the staff was not bad just a little unapproachable.
