The beds were completely dirty and there were bugs on the bed the room was extremely hot and trashed it was the most disgusting thing I’ve ever seen… I checked in after 10pm and was gone by 11pm

I couldn't sleep and next day I was going to go to work and I didn't have enough sleep it was noisy

Room could’ve been way better sole doors don’t close some room have no toilet seat and they have ROACHES AND BEDBUGS !! Staff isn’t nice at all . They sell drugs out this place owner knows he don’t care he probably do the drugs hisself

The place is run-down it's seems to be a place for crackhead because that's all that's there and we waited 15 minutes for someone to come talk with us for a refund and he looked to be high as well. This place needs to be shutdown.

I paid for 2 days and stayed one day and never received my money back and its been a bout a month now. The area is awful and it'd people in and out alnite. It was a man fighting a woman outside at 1 I'm the morning. And ppl doing drugs and all in front of hotel. Its also no refrigerator in room

The maid let herself into my room while I was on the toilet. There are roaches. There are crazy people and crackheads. The carpets are stained and smell. The doors and walls are patchwork. I didn’t expect the hilton but this is basically paying $80/night to stay in a homeless shelter. No fridge. No microwave. Curtains are falling off.

People loitering in the parking lot, strong smell of drugs and cigarettes outside and inside the building. Homeless people in and on the property. The facility is horribly filthy. People sitting in the stairwell that started yelling at us as we walked by, no elevators so you have to go through these people to get to the 2nd floor where our room was. No pillow cases on the pillows, hole in the mattresses, toenail clippings on the bed, bed bugs and roaches. Deadbolt of room door would not lock. Large hole in the bathroom door. We left within 40 minutes of check in and we're not refunded for the room that we paid over $100 for. Police pulled into parking lot and walked into building as we were leaving. I have never been scared for my safety in a hotel until now. It was truly terrifying to walk in the parking lot and in the facility. Hoping we will be able to get a refund for the room.

The front desk clerk for night time tried to take $500 from me overcharging me and not disclosing the price on the prompter. When I told him I pre booked for a certain amount he corrected the price and showed it to me then I paid. Every night I was there homeless people doing drugs outside, the doors were not secure and opened easily and never locked. People smoking inside. People knocking on my door randomly throughout the night. People getting arrested. Roaches in the motel, and just generally a very terrible enviornment.
