Pros:

I need my money back on my card I cancel it and they still took off my money

Cons:

I did not like this service at all the room and everything was nasty it was the roach on my bed the bed was not made and I need a refund

The staff weren’t helpful especially after us telling them nonstop about the sink and the flooding in the bathroom and then having the people above us stomping and jumping and whatever else they were doing all hours of the night

absolutely unacceptable and could not stay at this property

Positively the worst service at any hotel the room they expected us to stay in had no heat because the electrical outlet had an obvious short. there were roaches everywhere and the outdoors area was coved in dog feces
