Pros:

The clerk was helpful in printing off a document for me. The facility was close to the freeway and to varous restaurants.

Wonderful customer service. Good location. Reliable accomodation.
Pros:

I loved Paula (sp?) at the front desk. She was wonderful... kind, cheerful, helpful, knowledgable, and overall lovely. She was definitely the best part of the experience.
The location was perfect for what I needed.

Cons:

It was a 2-star hotel experience, so it was mostly what I expected it to be. I chose the hotel based on the location--proximity to I90 and the low pet fee.

Served its purpose
Pros:

It served its purpose for sleeping for a few hours after a concert in Chicago so we didn't have to drive another 2 1/2 hrs home.

Cons:

Went somewhere else for breakfast, didn't look like they had much

How close to the casino it was.

The room smelled musty and stuffy like it needs more air flow. Very stagnant when we got there

Nice hotel I would stay again
Pros:

Room was clean with comfortable beds.

Cons:

The bed could have used a blanket and the shower water temperature kept fluctuating from hot to cold.

The hotel is run down. The restroom was dirty, the room is completely outdated, and there was a small of mildew in the halls.

Very deceiving.
Pros:

Nothing.

Cons:

The hotel did not look like the photos at all. The beds were not kings in the king rooms and the queens beds were full size beds. It was horrible and I’ll never book with them again.
