The room was nasty Monique or whoever cleaned it left the toilet with urine all over it hair everywhere sheets had hair and black spots it was horrible tub had hair we didn't have anywhere to go tho

Very strange and uncomfortable I wasted alot of my money there and 3 nights I stayed without a tv.
Pros:

Your staff lie on the visitor's and talk about putting people on the D.R list daily rude and some staff were very ghetto very sad I was with my husband and kids and very much should've not gotten treated very badly I spent alot of money with you all at that location 💔

Cons:

Every other room had a problem and when you reported it the staff wouldn't take the issue seriously smh. I need a refund for 3 nights because I reported the TV and the heat not working and they laughed wow

Checking in was easy.

Cons:

Was supposed to get a smoking room. Didn't. The water went out because of a flex hose that broke in 119. Made so much noise I couldn't sleep. Couldn't get a shower and had an eye appointment today for cataract
that what I was getting the room for. To sleep and get cleaned up and was going to get a haircut...
