The staffs are very friendly

The gal at front desk was excellent, very friendly and helpful. Also though not in good condition, the room was very clean.
The room was very old and d had several much needed repairs, toilet wonky, old destroyed heating element, drapes and bed covers askew.
Many what appeared to be homeless staying there.
And of all the many motel 6 I've stayed at across country, thus was by far the most expensive.

I did NOT appreciate the staff including the manager.
She was VERY rude and disrespectful. There was a cockroach found in my room and once I brought it to her attention after I had extended my room already, I was told I needed to leave immediately and I would get refunded ONLY half of the amount. Apparently I had used " room time " I was not able to get a clean room service and I was not able to get a room change. She listed me as a " Do Not Rent " for suspicious activity after I listed a relative of mine as a guest and took all of the proper precautions of showing her ID to be able to be in my room.
My sister has major anxiety issues and was told she was " running in and out of the room to go outside " She kicked my sister off of the property and threatened to call the authorities while I was gone for work, knowing she was a guest on my reservation but since she was going outside during the day time ( 3:00 PM - 8:00 PM ) She humiliated my sister, kicked her off the property, threatened to call the police and listed me as a " Do Not Rent " for future reservations.
She did not call my phone number that was listed to let me know what was going on, she did not say anything to me as I got back to the hotel room later that evening. She decided to take it upon herself and kick my sister out and not able to get her belongings after kicking her out for " suspicious" activity as if walking outside during the day time is suspicious.
