Pros:

The staff were very friendly and helpful. They get a 5 star.

Cons:

Hard to finf it.

There was no sign outside to identify the building and you had negotiate through a shopping center's streets to get there...

Not the cleanest place we've ever stayed.

Pillows were lumpy, and one of the 2 beds had a sunken spot.

3rd party scams
Pros:

The lady at the front desk that checked me in the first night was very nice.

Cons:

The price for what you get. Tell me... why do we use these 3rd party companies when they charge more than the establishment? Makes NO SENSE. As far as the room. Stayed total of 3 days. The location actually gave me a better rate so the last 2 nights went through them. However, never gave new towels for two people. No refrigerator. No microwave. There is a microwave in the lobby but no utensils. Had to eat soup out of a coffee cup by drinking it after working 18 hr day.
