Everything, dirty, no breakfast only coffee we were told, room had dirty li en on beds, fridge/freezer unclean, extension cords used that didn't fit in the wall properly.
They illegally charged extra for a service dog. When I had papers with for proof.

Great price and stay that is about a mile from downtown, which is completely walkable via sidewalks.
Pros:

The staff were absolutely wonderful from check-in to check-out. They offered waffles in the morning, which was unexpected. However, you have to pay $1.25 per waffle, so take note of that if this is part of your decision-making process.

Cons:

I wanted to go for a run on the treadmill, but not only did the treadmill not work, none of the exercise equipment worked. All three pieces of equipment were completely unusable, and that was extremely disappointing.
